아기를 병원이나 조리원에서 데려옵니다. 카시트는 필수인거 다 아시죠. 아기가 아무리 울어도 꺼내주지 않습니다. 사고가 나면 감당이 안되는 것도 그렇지만 아기의 고개가 흔들리기 때문입니다. 아무리 안정적으로 엄마가 꽉 안고 있어도 이론적으로는 카시트가 더 낫습니다. 이론적으로는 그렇습니다. 그런데 뭐 사실 이걸 지키기가 쉽지 않아요. 애기가 너무 울면 겁나는게 당연... 바구니형 카시트가 베스트고요. 보통 유모차를 사면 사은품으로 많이들 줍니다. 그런게 아니라면 중고로 물려받는 것도 좋습니다. 바구니형 카시트는 보통 사용기간이 짧아요. 6개월을 지나면 보통 토들러 용으로 넘어가게 됩니다. 그리고 사실 6개월 이전에는 애를 자동차 태워서 어디 가기가 쉽지 않아요. 기껏해야 예방접종하려 병원이나 갈까... 그래서 물려받아도 새것일 확률이 높습니다. 제가 맘카페에 드림한 카시트도 아직도 어딘가를 떠돌고 있을거라고 생각합니다 ㅋㅋ 집에는 아기가 먹을 분유 / 젖병 / 기저귀 / 아기가 잠 잘 곳 / 아기가 입을 옷과 속싸개 등이 필수적으로 준비되어 있어야 합니다. 이건 뭐 제가 더 첨언할 것이 없을 정도의 필수품이니까 패스하고요. 1. 이거 꼭 있어야 하나요? 기저귀나 이런 필수적인 것을 제외한, 모든 아기 육아용품에는 대전제가 있습니다. "없는 것 보단 낫다!" 없어도 큰 문제는 없지만 있으면 조금 편해집니다. 가성비를 따지자면 사실 돈값한다고 강추하기 어려운게 많지만 어쨌거나 없는 것 보단 낫습니다. 이런 티끌같은 편리와 문명의 이기를 모아서 산모의 정신적 육체적인 휴식시간을 마련하는 것이 이런 육아 용품들의 궁극적인 목적입니다. 휴식시간도 사실 대단한 것을 하는 것은 아닙니다. 화장실 갈 시간, 잠깐 밥을 "마실" 시간, 세수 할 시간, 암튼 최소한의 인간으로 살아갈 수 있는 시간을 벌 수 있습니다. 2. 꼭 필요한 것은 아니지만 있으면 좋은 것들 a. 젖병소독기 모유수유의 경우 ○○○○○ (꽉찬 별이 없어서 동그라미로) 젖병수유의 경우 ●●●○○ (열탕소독이라는 확실한 방법이 존재. 있으면 편하긴 함) 사실 진짜 소독이 되는건지 어쩐지는 모르겠어요. 그러나 마음의 안정을 얻을 수 있습니다. 저는 모유수유를 했기 때문에 그렇게 많이 쓰지는 않음. 어쨌거나 젖병 소독 뿐 아니라 리모콘이나 핸드폰 아기 입에 들어가는 장난감 등을 소독할 수 있습니다. 단점은 차지하는 공간이 전기 밥솥 정도로 꽤 부피가 크고 디자인이 파괴적이라는 것. 그러나 아이가 태어나면 인테리어는 포기하는 것이 정신 건강에 이롭습니다. b. 신생아용 디럭스 유모차 소올~~직히 이맘때 태어나는 첫째 아기들은 디럭스 윰차가 필요하지 않습니다. 이렇게 추운데 어디 나갈 일도 없고요, 나가서도 안되고요 (코로나....) 그런데 유치원이나 이런 등원을 해야하는 첫째가 있다면 필요합니다. 업고 다니는 것도 좋지만 항상 업고 다닐 수는 없으니까요. 저희 첫째 특성상 유치원 끝나면 유치원 놀이터에서 30분은 기본을 놀고 귀가했기 때문에 디럭스 윰차가 너무 필요했던 것도 있고요. 이건 유저의 상황을 봐서... 디럭스 윰차는 여러가지 브랜드, 다양한 가격대의 것들이 있습니다. 보통 200만원 정도면 상급 모델을 살 수있고요. 제일 유명한 게 스토케, 몇 년 사이에 많이들 쓰는게 부가부. 잉글레시나 자동차를 사도 벤츠, 비엠베 이런 거 안 사고 마세라티 이런거 쓰시는 분들 있죠. 윰차도 뭐... 미마자리, 에그, 하탄벤츠, 오르빗, 줄즈.... 많은 선택지가있습니다. 디럭스는 정말 잠깐 쓴다고 생각하셔야하고, 그럼에도 간지를 포기하실 수 없는 분들은 위에 쓴 상위 가격의 윰차로 저처럼 가성비를 포기하실 수 없는 분들은 퀴니, 리안, 페도라 이렇게 가시면 됩니다. 전 개인적으로 퀴니를 강추. 퀴니꺼 절충형 유모차를 오래 썼는데 솔직히 지금 쓰는 에르고나 초반에 썼던 페도라 디럭스 윰차보다 핸들링도 좋고 무게 중심도 좋고 암튼 좋았음. 하나 안 좋은 건 역시 디자인.... 그리고 유모차는 꼭 검색해보시고 사세요. 절대 마트에서 사는 아가방이나 이런 아기 옷 파는 브랜드의 윰차 사지 마세요 비싸기만하고 당근에 다시 팔기도 힘듦. c. 각종 바운서 뭐든 일단 써봐야 애기가 좋아하는지 아닌지 알 수 있습니다 친구가 강추하는 뉴나리프(25만원)를 사서 써봤는데 저는 빨래 걷은거 놓는데 씀 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 오히려 큰애가 쓰던 피셔(3만원?) 바운서를 더 좋아했던 듯 일단 하나 있으면 잠깐 앉혀놓고 모빌 틀어주고 밥을 먹을 수 있습니다. 그런데 무슨 바운서를 좋아하실지는 아기님의 마음에 달려있습니다. 그래서 처음에는 사지 마시고 대여를 강추합니다. 일단 대여해보고 마음에 들면 사서 뽕뽑고 당근에 팔면 됨 아니면 당근에서 사서 좀 쓰고 다시 당근으로 방출. 근데 솔직히 당근 엄청 귀찮고 애기 데리고 가지러 가기도 쉽지 않음 d. 아기 체육관 이것 역시 피셔 프라이스의 은혜로운 제품 중 하나입니다. 잠깐 눕혀놓고 옆에 누워서 쉴 수 있음 e. 보행기 요즘 보행기 안 쓰는 추세죠. 근데 이거 앉혀놓으면 잠깐 행복해합니다. 이거 앉혀놓고 발로 밀어주면서 밥 먹을 수 있음 그런데 매트 깔려 있으면 이런 바퀴 달린건 타기 힘들어요 f. 치발기 세상의 모든 치발기를 모으십시오 휴먼. 치발기 하나 있다고 다른 거 사지 말고, 마트에서 새로운게 눈에 보이면 꾸준히 사서 가져다 바치시면 됩니다. 아이가 간택하는 게 있으면 꼭 두 세개 더 사놓으시구요. 아무리 강하고 튼튼한 실리콘이라도 언젠간 찢어집니다. g. 쪽쪽이 (공갈젖꼭지) 전 첫째는 이거 한 번도 안썼는데 둘째는 nicu에 입원해 있을 때 거기 준비물 중에 이게 있더라고요. 그래서 둘째는 초반에 조금 써봄. 이게 안 좋다고 하는 게 이가 날때 치열? 때문이라고 사는 것 같은데 아기가 좋아하면 일단 씁시다. 이걸 나중에 뗄 때 힘들다, 고생한다... 이런 고민은 하지 말고요. 그건 1년 후의 나에게 맡깁시다. 그리고 의외로 그냥 잘 헤어집니다. 우리 둘째도 자연스럽게 관심이 없어지더라고요. 오히려 한 번도 안 쓴 첫째가 둘째 쓰는거에 넘나 지대한 관심을 가져서 새로 하나 사줌 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 유명한 것들이 몇개 있는 것 같은데 저는 개인적으로 전~부 실리콘으로 되어 있는 게 소독하기도 좋고 좋았어요. 애기 케어에 꼭 필요한 것들 ** 코딱지 제거.** 0. 피지오머 미스트 같이 콧구멍을 적셔줄 것들 아쉽게도 피지오머 미스트는 단종되었습니다. 이해가 안감... 암튼 그래서 오트리빈 [베이비] 나 다른 비슷한 것들을 쓰시면 됩니다. 해양심층수! 혹은 생리식염수 이런걸로 되어있는 제품을 사용하세요. 진짜 생리 식염수를 한 방울씩 넣어도 됩니다. 이거 앰플 까는 것처럼 까서 쓰는 거 있거든요. 하나에 300원? 코딱지 하나 파내는데 300원을 태웁니다. 깐 건 실온에 뒀다 다시쓰고 그러면 안되고 꼭 버립니다. 아까워 하지 말고요. 이런거 말고 아이허브에서 파는 키즈 자일러 나잘스프레이 1단계. 코끼리 그려진거 사서 쓰셔도 좋아요. 이건 분무형이 아니라 한방울씩 떨어뜨리는건데 우리 둘째는 이거 맛있다고 좋아함... 코로 들어가서 먹는건데도 혀를 막 쩝쩝대면서 ... 귀여우니까 됐어... 암튼 이런걸 한방울씩 넣어주면 알아서 나오기도 하고 안 나오면 이제 아기가 잘때 도구를 씁시다 1. 면봉 아기 면봉으로 검색해서 사십시오 휴먼. 일반 면봉 안됩니다. 아기 그려져 있다고 해도 곤란합니다. 애들은 진짜 콧구멍이 넘 작거든요. 비싼 거 살 필요는 없고요. 그냥 무형광 이런걸로 사시면 됩니다. 2. 플라스틱 핀셋 코딱지 제거사는데 아주 좋은 작은 핀셋. 보통 손톱 가위랑 이런거와 함께 세트로 팔아요. 꼭 사세요. 애기 숨이 코딱지땜에 쌕쌕 거리면 잠이 잘 안올거예요 3. 코뻥. 사실 이건 애들 감기 걸리고 코 못 풀고 할때 해주는건데 그냥. 코끼리 뻥코 사세요. 입으로 빨아내는 건데... 입으로 안 하는건 다 그냥 그래요. ***귀지 제거 *** 하지 마세요. 조금 많이 크면 하세요 목욕 하고 면봉으로 귓바퀴나 이런데 물기만 닦아주세요 *** 아기 두피 각질 제거 *** 하지 마세요. 아기가 좀 며칠 자라면 머리에 노란 각질 같은 게 생겨요. 지루성 뭐라고 하던데 손톱으로 긁어서 떼어내면 절대 안됩니다. 오일 같은 걸로 묻혀서 살살 문지르면 녹는다고는 하는데 굳~~이 그러지 않아도 시간이 지나면 알아서 떨어집니다. 애기 피부는 여리니까 그냥 두세요. 사실 저도 큰애는 눈썹에도 있길래 오일 묻혀서 가제수건으로 살살 닦아주긴 했음.... *** 목욕 *** 1. 욕조. 수많은 수백개의 아기 욕조가 있습니다. 솔직히 고무 다라이로도 씻길 수 있습니다. 하지만! 신생아용 욕조가 있으면 편한 건 사실이고요. 개인적으로 피셔 고래 욕조 구버전이 정말 마스터 피스라고 생각해는데 곰팡이에 취약해서인지 단종되었습니다. 저는 스토케 플렉시바스를 큰애 꺼 하나 사서 쓰다가 뽀개서 (고리가 망가짐) 둘째도 똑같은 걸로 사서 잘 쓰고 있는데 일단 ... 대궐같은 집에 사는 게 아닌 이상 둘 곳이 없기 때문에 강추합니다. 둘째 4살인데 신생아용 받침대 빼고 아직도 씁니다. 2. 아기 수건. 아기 수건이라고 엄~청 다들 비싸게 파는게 많은데 다들 보면 뭔가 있어보여서 사고 싶습니다. 그냥 큰 수건 사서 쓰시면 됩니다. 코마사도 좋고요. 굳~이 조금 비싼거 쓰시고 싶으면 뱀부사로 쓰시면 되겠습니다. 코마사보다 뱀부사가 쪼~끔 부드러움. 근데 어차피 건조기 쓰면 다 부들부들함. 3. 아기 바스 & 로션 얼스마마나 캘리포니안 베이비부터 시작해서 이것도 수백개가 있습니다. 다 필요없고 꼭 펌프 있는 걸로 사세요. 애기를 한 손으로 붙잡고 바스를 손에 따라내려면 손이 세개이지 않은 이상 펌프가 꼭 있어야 합니다. 사실 이게 조금 시간이 지나면 아기를 무릎위에 앉히고 (눕히고?) 막 벅벅벅 씻기면 되는데 신생아는 고개를 가누기 힘들기때문에.... 로션은 많이 써보지 않아서... 캘리포니안 베이비 카렌듈라 이런거는 강추. 아비노 베이비도 좋아요. 요즘은 사노산 쓰는데 저렴해서 그냥 쓰는거지 보습은 잘 모르겠지만 일단 좀 묽어서 빨리 발라줄수 있는 장점이 있음 4. 바텀밤. 이것도 뭐 전통의 강자 얼쓰마마 바텀밤과 아쿠아퍼. 아쿠아퍼는 침독 크림으로도 쓸 수 있다고는 하는데 안써봄 그리고 비판텐 크림. 이게 약국에서 파는 게 있고 가끔 맘카페에서 공구하는 대용량이 있는데 뭐가 다른지는 모르겠고 일단 좀 궁뎅이가 빨갛고 그렇다 싶으면 발라줍니다. *** 아기가 아플 때 *** 1. 체온계 귀에 대고 삑 하는 고막 체온계가 있고 비접촉 체온계가 있는데 개인적으로 비접촉은 비추합니다. 체온 제대로 재기가 넘 힘들고요. 심하면 1도 이상 차이남. 고막 체온계는 브라운 아닌 건 거의 없고요. 네이버 검색해서 맘에 드는 걸로 사시면 됩니다. 근데 애기가 넘 어리면 고막 체온계 하기가 힘들어요. 귓구멍이 넘 작아서... 그럼 비접촉 체온계를 5번 이상 여기 저기 돌아가면서 해봅니다. 보통 귀 뒷부분, 눈썹 위의 핏줄 지나가는 부분 뭐 이런 곳, 체온계 설명서에 다 써있거든요. 그래서 제일 높은걸로 아기의 열을 추정하면 됩니다. 2. 신생아 약먹이기. 신생아 약 먹이는 쪽쪽이 같은 게 있어요. 먼치킨 약병. 약물투약병? 아기띠는 수많은 시행착오를 걸쳐야 내 영혼의 단짝이다 싶은 것을 만날 수 있지 않나....
저만해도 거의 7개?8개? 는 써본듯
일단 슬링... 이런거 들어가는 건 다 장바구니에서 삭제하시고요.
앞보기가 되는 것 그렇지 않은 것, 뭐 여러 기준이 있어요.
그런걸 정해서 사시면 됩니다.
에르고 앞보기 되는 아기띠 많이들 쓰는데
저는 앞보기 안 되는 구버전이 제일 좋았고...
그런데 에르고의 문제는 신생아는 쓸 수 없습니다.
신생아 용으로 강추하는 것은 코니 아기띠. 그리고 포대기!

보통 아기띠로 힙시트 까지 달린걸로 많이들 사는데
포그내 NO.5 를 많이들 써요.
근데 저는 그냥 그랬음.. 일단 힙시트하면 허리가 넘 아픔...
이것도 어떤 사람은 맞고 어떤 사람은 안 맞고 하는 듯 싶은데 일단 사서 써보고 아니다 싶으면 빠르게 당근으로 보내줍니다.
박스까지 있으면 더 잘 팔리거든요 ㅋㅋ
개인적으로 아기띠를 딱! 하나만 써야한다고 하면 포그내나 에르고의 올인원 된 제품을 쓰겠고
그렇지 않다면 코니를 주로 쓰고, 저렴이 힙시트 (힙시트만 있는거) 를 사서 가끔 쓸것 같은데...
사실 처음 아기 낳으면 좋은거! 비싼거! 사고 싶은 마음을 알기 때문에 ㅋㅋ
사고 싶은 걸로 사시면 되고요.
어차피 아기띠도 한 개만 사서 쓰긴 힘들어요.
남편도 써야하는데 그때마다 허리 줄이고 어깨끈 줄이고 하기도 힘듦.
