홍차넷의 주린이와 주르신 여러분 안녕하세요, 원래 주갤에 쓰려고 했으나 글이 너무 길어져서 티타임으로 도망쳐온 기아트윈스입니다. 최근에 주식시장에 대한 세간의 관심이 부쩍 올라가면서 홍차넷에도 주식투자에 입문하는 주린이들이 급증하고있습니다. 사실 홍차넷의 평균연령을 감안해보았을 때 다들 주린이 코스프레중이겠거니 생각했는데 그게 아니라 진짜 입문자가 꽤 많은 것 같아서 (;;;) 주린이 기믹을 벗어던지고 진지글을 하나 써야겠다고 마음먹게 되었습니다. 여기에 저보다 주력이 높은 주라버지 줄머니가 많음을 모르지 않사오나 용기내어 적어봅니다. 1. 어떤 사람이 주식투자를 하나요? 주식투자는 누구나 할 수 있지만 누구나 잘 할 수는 없습니다. 주식도 궁합이란게 있기 때문에 조금 해보고 안되면 금방 접는 게 훨씬 이득입니다. 꼭 직접투자로 돈을 벌어야만 한다는 법은 없으니 다른 수단을 노려보십시오. 그냥 인덱스(예컨대 코덱스200)만 사도 어지간한 개미는 쌈싸먹습니다. 아니면 미국시장 들어가서 버크셔 몰빵하셔도 됩니다. 웬만하면 워렌버핏의 꼬리가 되는게 개미의 머리가 되는 것보다 나을 테니까요. 주식 직접투자는 약간의 지능과 다량의 멘탈에너지를 요구합니다. 지능은 사칙연산 할 줄 알고 계좌번호 틀림없이 외우고 공인인증서 갱신일을 까먹지 않는 정도면 충분합니다. 이정도만 되면 약간의 시간과 노력을 들여서 재무제표 독해력을 키울 수 있습니다. 재무제표를 읽고 뉴스를 읽고 각 기업의 리스크를 따져볼 정도만 되면 충분합니다. 멘탈에너지부분은 허들이 좀 높아요. 경험이 적은 주린이에게 주식시장은 졍글입니다. 가는 줄 위에서 떨어지지 않게 곡예를 해야 하는데 왼쪽은 탐욕, 오른쪽은 공포라는 심연이 아가리를 크게 벌리고 떨어지는 개미들을 뇸뇸하고있습니다. 탐욕도 아니고 공포도 아닌 지점을 찾아 균형을 유지하는 [진정한 중립(True Neutral)]이 주식투자에 적합합니다. 그리고, 어차피 떨어져 잡아먹힐 거라면 공포에 먹히는 쪽이 낫습니다. 탐욕에 잡아먹히면 목이 잘릴 수도 있지만 공포에 잡아먹히면 손가락 한 마디 정도 잘리는 선에서 끝나니까요. 2. 언제 시작하면 되나요? 시장 진입 타이밍은 슈뢰딩거 할애비가 와도 모릅니다. 왜냐하면 진입타이밍은 결과론이기 때문입니다. 현재의 주가수준은 거품일 수도 있고 대세상승일 수도 있습니다. 하지만 거품일지 대세상승일지는 관측하기 전엔 정해져있지 않습니다. 관측하고 나서 (예컨대, 1년 뒤에) 알게 될 뿐입니다. 하지만 (시장이 아니라) 자기 자신이 지금 진입할 준비가 되어있는지는 스스로 체크해봐야 합니다. 이건 개인적인 시행착오 끝에 배운 건데, 와룡(시드머니)과 봉추(근로소득) 가운데 하나 정도는 있어야 투자다운 투자가 가능합니다. 둘 다 있으면 천하를 노려볼 수 있고 하나만 있어도 지지 않는 싸움을 걸어볼 수 있습니다만 둘 다 없으면.... 난이도가 매우 높습니다. 저에게 주식을 가르쳐주신 분도 둘 중 하나가 생기기 전까진 시세창 들여다보고 기업분석하고 그런 데 시간쓰지 말고 자기 자신을 업글하는데 집중하는 게 낫다고 하셨어요. 그렇게 근로소득을 목표로 열심히 살아가다보면 어느순간 와룡과 봉추 가운데 하나쯤은 생기는 날이 오게 됩니다. 주식시장은 와룡봉추를 손에 넣은 뒤에 진입해도 늦지 않습니다. 기회는 늘 열려있으니까요. 3. 저에겐 와룡/봉추가 있습니다. 오늘 [한국투자증권] 계좌를 개설했는데 이제 뭐부터 조지면 되나요? 우선 포트폴리오를 짜야합니다. 잘 조직된 포트폴리오는 공격대를 꾸려서 레이드를 뛰는 것과 비슷합니다. 단일종목 몰빵은 솔플 같은 건데..... 극히 예외적인 몇몇 경우를 제외하면 결코 다시 비추천, 비추천 다시 결코. 우리는 예언자가 아니고, 그래서 다음날 주가를 예측하지 못합니다. 가본적 없는 던젼을 들어갈 때 우리는 늘 철저히 준비하고 탱커를 앞세우고 딜러와 힐러가 졸졸 따라갑니다. 마찬가지로 우리의 포트폴리오도 미지의 영역을 항해하는 만큼 탱딜힐 포지션을 잘 갖추고 출발하는 게 중요합니다. 딜러는 일이 정말 잘 풀렸을 때 던젼을 클리어시켜주고 파티의 티어를 올려줄 공격수들입니다. 이친구들은 말도 안되는 폭딜을 꽂을 수도 있지만 몸이 종잇장이라서 털끝만한 데미지만 받아도 골로 갈 수 있습니다. 그러므로 이 친구들이 없으면 레이드 클리어를 못하지만 그렇다고 딜러 비중이 너무 높으면 끔살당하기 딱 좋습니다. 탱커는 어지간히 일이 안풀려도 몸빵으로 다 버틸 수 있는 친구들입니다. 맷집이 무척 좋아서 제아무리 쎄게 맞아도 안죽습니다. 딜러가 좋은 공대는 이길 때 크게 이기지만 탱커가 좋은 공대는 질 때 잘싸웁니다. 탱커 완전 소중함. 힐러는 현금입니다. 탱커와 딜러의 피가 간당간당할 땐 빨리 힐을 넣어서 치료해줘야 안죽습니다. 힐러가 없....크흠... 없으면 마이 슬프지만 뭐 그렇다고 공격대가 안굴러가진 않습니다. 그래도 있으면 무조건 좋으니 까먹지 않고 힐러를 데리고다니는 습관을 들입시다. 시드머니의 사이즈가 아주 크다면 전문힐러를 데리고다니는 게 좋습니다. 그렇지 않은 중소형 파티의 경우는 근로소득을 힐러삼아 데리고있어도 됩니다. 현재는 힐러가 없지만 다음 월급날이 되면 힐이 들어온다! 이러면 나름 버틸 힘이 되거든요. 적립식 주식투자가 성공률이 높은 건 꾸준힐이 하드캐리해서 그런 겁니다. 탱딜힐 가운데 최고는 힐입니다. 힐만 계속 대주면 딜러와 탱커가 적당히 후졌어도 어쨌든 끝내 이기긴 이기거든요. 아무리 똥손이어도 백만원쯤 들고 오락실가면 거기있는 게임 다 깨고 엔딩 볼 수 있는 거랑 비슷합니다. 하지만 우린 늘 힐이 부족하기 때문에 탱/딜을 잘 골라야하고, 둘 중에선 탱커 쪽이 더 소중합니다. 4. 탱딜힐 추천좀 해주세요. 딜러는.... 세상에 딜러는 많습니다. 공격대 꾸리는데 발에 채이는 게 딜러임. 이건 저보다 잘 아는 분들이 너무 많아서 제가 뭐라고 첨언할 게 없네요. 그러므로 혹시라도 좋은 딜러를 놓칠까봐 무섭다고 아무 딜러나 막 데려오면 안됩니다. 지금 테슬라 안올라타면 영원히 못타는 거 아닐까 --> 아닙니다 ㅇㅇ 딜러는 반드시 나타남. 명심하세요. 제일 흔한게 딜러입니다. 딜러 모집시 주의해야 할 건 이거 하나입니다. 수많은 딜러들이 자기가 탱킹도 된다고 주장합니다만 99% 김구라 개구라 ㅆ구라니까 믿지 마십시오. 1%의 예외가 있긴 하지만 그건 정말 [예외]인거고.... 아무튼 절대로 믿지 마세요. 대부분의 딜러들은 산들바람에도 넘어집니다. 탱커: 좋은 탱커는 귀합니다. 어지간히 단단해서 핵전쟁발발급 위기가 아닌 이상 안넘어질 친구들을 고르는 게 좋겠습니다. 코스피를 대표하는 탱커 SKT라든가... 퓨어탱킹계열 만렙인 맥쿼리인프라라든가... 유명한 놈들이 좀 있습니다. 실제 사례로 알아봅시다. 2020년 초, 아직 코로나사태의 파급력이 얼마나 될지 아무도 알지 못하던 시점인 2월달에 맥쿼리인프라의 피는 11600정도였습니다. 그러다가 코스피가 무려 1400대까지 주저앉을 정도로 공황에 빠진 시점인 3월 중순에도 맥쿼리인프라의 피통은 9600을 유지했습니다. 와.... 이게 말이 되나. 브레스 직격 크리 터졌는데 기스만 난거지요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그나마3월이 채 가기도 전에 1만을 회복했고 4월 초에 이미 만피(11600)를 회복합니다. 킹쿼리갓프라 위엄보소 사실 맥쿼리를 잘 이해하는 분들은 맥쿼리 주가가 빠지면 오히려 좋아합니다. 좋은 탱커를 할인가에 모셔갈 수 있는 기회니까요. 남들은 주가가 폭락해서 블랙프라이데이인데 이분들에겐 맥쿼리 할인행사라는 의미에서 블랙프라이데이임. 어 그런데 이거 모순 아닙니까? 맥쿼리 주주들이 맥쿼리를 그렇게 사랑한다면 폭락장에서도 데미지를 1도 안받아야하는데 어쨌든 9600까지는 떨어진 거잖아요? 그건 주주들이 맥쿼리를 의심해서라기보단 탱커를 쥐어짜서 딜러에게 힐을 넣어줘야 했기 때문입니다. 맥쿼리정도의 퓨어탱커는 그냥 어떤 위기에서도 꺼내쓸 수 있는 저금통 역할을 겸합니다. 그래서 회복장에서 높은 수익을 안겨주지요. 시장이 좋을 때는 치고나가는 딜러의 발목을 잡으며 평균수익률을 깎아먹는 것처럼 보이지만, 이렇게 엄청난 위기가 왔을 땐 포트폴리오 전체를 구원하는 메시아가 됩니다. 퓨어탱커가 사실상 힐러까지 겸직한다면, 딜탱은 아예 딜러까지 겸직합니다. 하락장에선 시즈모드, 상승장에선 통통통통통. 딜탱은 별다른 약점이 없는 만큼 아주 귀한 몸이고, 이런 귀한 몸은 시장 참여자들이 이미 다 알고 있습니다. 그래서 엄청 비쌉니다. 이게 좋은 거라는 건 다 알지만 '지금 이 값에 사도 되는건가' 하는 생각에 다들 망설일 뿐이지요. 제가 생각하는 대한민국 대표 딜탱은 삼성전자입니다. 경기당 0.5골 정도는 넣어주는 축구선수의 주력 포지션이 중앙수비수인 거고, 레이드 끝나고 딜미터기 까봤더니 탱커가 딜1등 먹는 셈입니다. 무척 좋은 탱커가 또 있습니다. 그거슨 바로 부동산. 어지간한 위기에도 넘어지지 않으면서 투자자의 포트폴리오를 탱킹합니다. 게다가 장기적으로보면 꾸준딜도 넣어주고, 큰 위기(=기회)가 닥쳐오면 주택담보대출이라는 이름으로 힐링까지 할 수 있습니다. 잔뼈가 굵은 슈퍼개미들이 주식시장에서 일정선 이상 자산을 형성하고나서 전체 자산의 일부를 부동산으로 옮기는 이유는 부동산이 주식보다 낫다고 생각해서가 아닙니다. 그분들 머릿속엔 오직 공격대의 안위 뿐입니다. 공격대 규모가 커지니까 추가로 탱커를 영입하는 것 ㅋㅋㅋ 여기까지 읽으셨으면 이제 왜 주식시장에 진입하는데 근로소득과 시드머니가 필요한지 느낌이 오셨으리라 믿습니다. 시드머니가 없으면 아무리 참으려고해도 자꾸 딜러에 몰빵하고싶은 유혹에 빠집니다. 그래서 탱커 없이 빡딜을 노리다가.... 죽습니다. 근로소득이 없으면 꾸준한 힐링이 잘 안됩니다. 퓨어탱으로 힐쥐어짜기는 필살기 같은 거라서 자주 쓰기도 어렵고 한계도 있습니다. 하지만 근로소득이 건재하다면 그 어떤 위기상황도 다 견디고 지나갈 수 있을 뿐더러 심지어 위기상황의 덕을 보기까지 합니다. 딜러야 뭐... 제일 흔한게 딜러니까요. 3줄요약: 힐>탱>딜 순서로 중요하다. 힐러가 준비됐으면 좋은 탱커부터 구하자. 딜러에 몰빵치지 말고 쫄보처럼 게임하자. -끗- (글쓴이는 뒷광고를 받지는 않았지만 [한국투자증권]의 주주입니다) * Cascade님에 의해서 티타임 게시판으로부터 게시물 복사되었습니다 (2020-10-06 08:41) * 관리사유 : 추천게시판으로 복사합니다.
