신상정보가 특정될 수 있어 자세한 내용을 못밝히는 점 양해부탁드립니다. 현재 신상 IT 서비스 기획팀 쪽에 일하고 있습니다. 구성원은 대표-팀장(임원) - 부장(저) - 과장 - 대리 - 사원 이렇게 되어있고, 신규 프로젝트가 구성될 때 초기멤버로 들어왔습니다. 이직을 하려는 이유는 이곳에서 큰 비전이 없다는 점입니다. 승진을 할 수 있는 것도 아니고, 서비스 자체가 수익을 내는 서비스가 아니라 그냥 계속 유지되는 상황입니다. 그나마 장점이라고 할 만한 것은 그냥 여기서 버티면 안정적이라는 것이죠. 맡은 일이 약간 대체 불가한 업무들이라 그냥 뭉게면 되기는 합니다. 이직 오퍼가 온 곳은 신생 스타트업입니다. 여러 루트로 확인해본 결과 2, 3년간 먹거리는 확보가 되어있습니다. 대표가 재미교포라 미국과 한국 양쪽에서 사업을 하는데 미국이 코로나로 셧다운에 들어가서 한국위주로 사업구조를 재편한 상황입니다. 한차례 구조조정이 일어나서 직원 수는 많이 없는 상황이고, 저한테 들어온 제의는 행정팀장 - 올해 말까지의 성과를 보고 임원(COO)까지 가는 것입니다. 장기적으로 코로나가 안정이 되면 미국으로 갈 확률이 조금 있고, 이후 이직을 할 때에도 외국계 스타트업의 임원이었다는 점이 좋은 경력으로 작용할 수 있습니다. 위험요소는 저한테 요구하는 롤이 다양하다는 것입니다. 행정-인사-노무-세무-회계.. 그런데 이 분야에 대해 직접적인 경험은 없습니다. 배워야 하는 것이고, 성과가 만족스럽지 않으면 쉽게 해고될 수 있습니다. (미국스타일, 한국은 근로기준법이 있기는 하나 그래도 분위기 안좋으면 나와야죠..) 다만 제의가 들어온 곳에 저와 아주 가까운 지인이 임원으로 있어서 저에 대해 좋게 이야기를 해준 상황입니다. 이런 상황 속에서 제가 신경써야 할 부분이 어디에 있을지..아니면 어떤 관점으로 결정을 해야할지...여러분들의 가르침을 구합니다.
