안녕하세요. 요번에 대전에 직장을 잡게 되어서 이주를 준비하고 있습니다. 사실 굉장히 기본적인 내용인데... 평생 돈에 관심을 안두고 살았던데다가 학교에만 너무 오래 있어서인지 관련된 내용을 잘 몰라서 질문드려봅니다. 기본적인 사항을 말씀 드리면, 제가 알아본 집의 시세는 대량 [전세] 3억~3.5억 / [매매] 4억~5억 가량 되는 집입니다. 경제활동을 늦게 시작한 나머지 들고 있는 현금은 5~6천 만원 정도고요. 9월부터 일하게 되는 직장에선 대략 연 5~6천만원 정도 급여가 나올 것 같습니다. 본격적으로 질문을 드리면, 1. 은행 홈페이지에서 전세자금대출이 얼마나 나오는지 조회를 시도해보니 전세가가 3억을 초과하면 안나오는 것 같더라고요... 이런 경우 전세금은 신용대출로 마련해야 하나요? 2. 직장 특성상 평생 있을 수 있는 직장이다보니, 아예 집을 구매해서 정착을 해볼까 하는 생각도 조금 들어서 매매도 알아봤습니다. 전반적으로 전세 매물이 많이 없기도 하고요... 제가 들고 있는 현금이 너무 적다보니 집을 구매하는건 불가능한건가 싶은데 친구들을 보면, 결혼하면서 서울에 자가를 마련하는 경우들이 있더라고요. 좀 민감한 얘기라 너무 대놓고 묻기도 그렇고... 혹시 저와 같은 상황에서도 주택 구매가 가능하다면 어떤 식으로 진행해야 하는지 궁금합니다.
