안녕하세요. 제 얘기가 아니라서 부득이하게 익명으로 질문드립니다. 다름이 아니라, 제 사촌 형(현재 만 22살)이 일본에서 태어나서 한평생 일본에서 자란 제일교포 2세대인데요. 정작 부모님 두분이 모두 한국 국적이라 국적은 한국인이고 일본에는 영주권만 가지고 있습니다. 근데 약 3년 전부터 병무청에서 신검 통지서가 지속적으로 날라왔는데, 이걸 모두 씹었다고(...)합니다. 근데 그 와중에 한국에 몇번 출입국은 했었고요. 제가 알기로는 만 25살이 되기 전까지 병역판정검사를 받아야하는 것으로 알고 있는데요. 혹시 이 상태로 만 25세가 될 때까지 신검 통지서를 계속 무시하고 있다가, 그 해를 넘겨서 한국에 입국하거나 체류할려고 하는 경우에 불이익이 있을 수도 있을까요? 나름대로 관련 법령에 대해 찾아보는데도 이해하기가 어렵네요. 선생님들의 조언을 구해봅니다.
