안녕하세요. 어쩌다보니 400만원 정도의 돈이 생겼습니다. 이 돈을 어떻게 운용해야할지 고민입니다. 혹시 조언에 도움이 될 까 해서 익명의 힘을 빌어 상세하게 경제적인 상태를 작성하겠습니다. 26세, 남성, 취준생 입니다. 대학은 아직 졸업하지 않은 상태입니다. 취준준비기간을 포함하여 앞으로 3년쯤 후에 졸업할 것 같습니다. 등록금은 다행히도 걱정을 하지 않아도 되는 상황입니다. 꾸준한 소득이 현재 존재하지 않고 아르바이트를 뛰거나 부모님께 월마다 용돈을 받거나 해서 수입이 불규칙합니다. 따라서 고정적인 수입원은 존재하지 않습니다. 소득이 있더라도 월 60만원보다 많은 적은 없었습니다. 제 명의의 자산은 현재 이 400만원이 다입니다. 주택청약종합저축은 원래 있었으나 작년에 갑자기 큰 돈을 써야할 일이 있어 어쩔수 없이 해지한 이후로, 현재까지도 미가입상태입니다. 집은 부모님과 동거중이기에 주거비 지출은 없습니다. 지병이 있어 꾸준히 1주 간격으로 동네 의원에 내원하는 편입니다. 병원비로는 월 15만원쯤 나오는 것 같습니다. 당장 큰 지출이 예상되는 항목은 없고, 고정적인 꾸준한 지출로는 교통비로 월 10만원, 통신비로 월 4만원 정도입니다. 그 외 월 단위 식비와 술값 정도로 35만원 정도 쓰는 것 같네요. 편차가 좀 있지만 평균은 저정도입니다. 술자리를 자주갖는 편은 아닌데 한 번 지출시 1회당 금액이 좀 큰편이고 (3만원이상), 식비는 점심과 저녁을 밖에서 해결하는 경우가 많은데 이른 아침에 나가 밤늦게들어오는 생활을 항상 해서 그런 것 같습니다. 미용실은 1달에 1~2번정도로 갈때마다 3만원 정도 쓰고, 3달에 1번 정도로 펌이나 염색을 해서 10만원정도씩 쓸때가 있습니다. 화장품은 스킨로션썬크림만 쓰고 주로 두달주기 정도로 교체해주는것같네요 이것도 살때마다 5만원정도는 쓰는거같습니다. 취미생활로 웹소설을 읽거나 pc방에서 게임을 하는 편인데 여기에도 웹소설 편당결제, 게임팩 결제, pc방비 결제 등으로 월 15만원 정도 지출되는거 같습니다. 연애는 하지 않고 있습니다. 차량도 미보유상태이며 대중교통 이용합니다. 옷에는 별로 관심없고 살때는 몰아서 사는 편입니다. 옷은 주로 비싼거사기보단 그냥 무신사에서 적당히 무난한거 위주로삽니다. 써놓고 지출내역을 다 더해보니 위에 언급한 수입금액인 60만원을 넘네요 ㅡ.ㅡ;; 근데 이상하게 항상 적자는 안났었습니다. 없을때는 없는대로 그냥 자연스럽게 지출을 줄여서 쪼들리는 기분을 느낀 적은 없었던거같네요. 글을 쓰는 지금 제 지출내역이 생각보다 많다는걸 새삼 자각하면서 놀랄정도로 그동안 무심했을정도로요;; 적자가 없었던 이유가 월마다 지출이 꾸준한게 아니라 변동성이 좀 크고 편차가 있는 것 같습니다. 어떤 달은 식비나 술값이 적게 들었다던가 어떤 달은 스팀게임을 구매하지 않았다던가 pc방을 거의 가지 않았다던가 아니면 돈이 없으니 그냥 꼭 필요한거 이외에는 아꼈다 이런 이유로요. 하지만 지출을 계획적으로 하는 타입은 아닙니다. 어찌됐던간에 제가생각하는 평균적인, 넉넉한 고정수입이 있다면 주기적으로 발생하리라 추측되는 지출내역은 위와 같습니다..... 질문으로 다시 돌아와서, 400만원을 어떻게 해야할 지 고민입니다. 고정적인 수입이 없는 입장에서 400만원은 제게 정말 큰 돈으로 느껴집니다. 최소 목표는 인플레이션으로 손해보지않게끔 자산가치의 유지, 최대 목표는 높은 수익률로 자산 증식입니다. 그런데 막상 뭘 어떻게 해야할 지 모르겠네요. 자산배분을 어떻게 할 것이며 어디에 투자할 것인가? 얼마를 소비를 위한 자금으로 따로 할당하고 또 얼마를 투자를 위한 자금으로 할당할 것인가? 20대 취준생 입장에서 미래를 대비할 목적으로 자금을 운용하는 방안들엔 뭐가있는가? (예를들어, 보험을 가입하여 꾸준히 납입을 한다던지?) 경제적인 조언 뿐 아니라 다른 여러 인생조언을 해주셔도 좋고, 본인의 자금 운용 사례를 소개해주셔도 좋습니다. 좋은 조언들 미리 감사드립니다.
