저는 현재 1~3년차 서비스 기획자이고, 커리어를 위해 이직을 준비하고 있습니다. 저는 데이터 분석가, 혹은 데이터분석가는 아니더라도 데이터 분석을 잘 이해하고 활용할 줄 아는 서비스 기획자가 되고 싶습니다. 현재 이직 고민중인 회사가 괜찮은 선택인지 고민이 되어 질문글을 올려봅니다. 장점 1. 데이터분석가가 팀에 있고(팩트), 데이터를 기반으로 의사결정을 하는 팀(회사의 주장?) 2. 사업규모가 훨씬 크기 때문에(글로벌 순위권) 훨씬 다양한 경험 가능 3. 관심있는 해외 시장에 신규 진출하는 팀이라, 시장 경험을 해볼 수 있음 4. 연봉테이블이 좀더 높다. 단점 1. 서비스 기획이 아닌 사업 기획 -> 서비스 기획은 결국 사업기획을 잘 알아야 하지 않을까 싶어서 괜찮지 않을까 싶은데 잘 모르겠음 2. 출근거리가 +30분, 만석 버스를 타야함 (현재 40분, 이직 후 1시간 10분, 본인은 피곤한 통근을 매우매우 싫어해 큰 마이너스 요소) (다만 유연출근제라 러시아워를 피할 수 있을 것 같음) 3. 야근이 더 많음 4. 더 경쟁적인 분위기 ** 현재 회사 - 평화로움, 워라밸 좋음, 하지만 비전없음, 커리어에 도움 전혀 안됨 요약하면, 커리어와 전문성 vs 평화와 워라밸 중 커리어를 선택하고자 하는데, [이 회사가 커리어에 실제로 도움이 될까?]가 고민의 이유인 것 같습니다. 데이터분석과 사업규모는 장점이지만, 서비스기획 직무를 좋아하는데 사업기획으로 가게 되면 서비스기획을 돌아오지 못할까 걱정이 되거든요. 그런데 한편으로는 서비스기획은 에이전시에 있을바가 아닌 이상 결국 사업 기획으로 이어진다고 생각하는데, 그럴거면 걍 빨리 경험하는 게 맞는 것 같기도 하구요. 여러분이라면 어떤 선택을 하실것 같으신가요?ㅠㅠ 조언 부탁드립니다.ㅠㅠ Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 |
