나이를 먹다보니 점점 저보다 어리거나 젊은 사람들을 '가르쳐야' 할 일들이 생기게 되었습니다. 학생시절이나 혼자 공부할때는 그냥 제 내키는대로 했었는데 이게 공식적인 자리가 되니 쉽지 않더군요. 1. 저는 초등학교 3,4학년 되는 아이들을 모아두고 성가대를 지휘하는 역할을 하고있는데, 뭔가 변화가 필요하다는 생각이 듭니다. 여태까지는 그냥 '애들 봐 주는 시간' 수준으로 생각했지만 무언가 실력을 끌어올리고 싶은데 고민입니다. 2. 여자친구가 구몬학습 같은 형태로 일을 한지 1년이 좀 넘었습니다. 과외 형식의 일을 하고있는데 내신 + 수능 까지 지도하는 것 같습니다. 가르치는 분야는 '수학 + 영어' 이고 초등학생 ~ 고등학생 에 이르기까지 가르치는 중입니다. 나름 스터디 모임도 하면서 공부하고있는데, 확실하게 어떻게 해야 아이들을 잘 가르칠 수 있을지 고민하는 중입니다. 일단 가장 좋은 방법은 따라하는 방법이라는 생각이 들었습니다. 2번의 케이스 같은 경우 여러 유명 강사들의 강의영상을 찾아보며 따라하거나 정리하면 실력이 늘지 않을까 생각하고 있는데 잘 모르겠습니다. 1번 케이스의 경우 제가 직접 합창을 하는 곳에 들어가 지휘하는 사람의 지도법을 직접 경험하며 취할것과 버릴 것을 나누면 되지 않을까 싶고, 합창 연습을 어떻게 하는지 연습영상이나 책을 찾아야 할것 같은데 좀 막막하군요 (거기다 초등학교 3, 4학년 아이들은 굉장히 산만해서 집중할 수 있는 시간이 짧더군요 ㅠㅠ) 어떻게 해야할지 여쭤봅니다~ Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 1 이 게시판에 등록된 리니시아님의 최근 게시물

아이들 수준에 맞는 선생님 역할을 잘 해주셨습니다. 약간 카리스마 있는 초등학교 선생님 같은 느낌으로 아이들과 어울리면서 열심히 연습을 시키셨지요.
노래가 잘 안되는 아이들 데리고 새로운 곡을 익히게 해서 합창을 시키는게 쉬운일이 아닌데, 선생님의 열심 덕분에 즐겁게 했던 것 같습니다.
아이들 입장에서도 새로운 노래를 배우고, 어려운 노래를 연습해서 소화하는게 재미있습니다. 예전 남자의 자격 합창단... 더 보기

그래서 성가대를 할 때는 좋은 곡을 배워서 불러보고 싶은 마음이 큽니다. (상대적으로 가사는 별로 중요하게 생각하지 않게 되지요 ㅋㅋ)
반대로 매번 준비를 설렁설렁해오시면서 항상 찬송가 1,2절 간주 후 4절로 때우시던 지휘자 선생님이 계셨는데, 그 선생님에 대한 만족도는 낮았던 것 같네요.

그래서 성가대를 할 때는 좋은 곡을 배워서 불러보고 싶은 마음이 큽니다. (상대적으로 가사는 별로 중요하게 생각하지 않게 되지요 ㅋㅋ)
반대로 매번 준비를 설렁설렁해오시면서 항상 찬송가 1,2절 간주 후 4절로 때우시던 지휘자 선생님이 계셨는데, 그 선생님에 대한 만족도는 낮았던 것 같네요.
