안녕하세요 현역 육군 병입니다. 생계유지곤란 사유 병역감면제도에 대해 문의드려고하는데 홍차넷 유저님들 도움 조금만 주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다ㅜㅜ 얼마전에 소대장님이 이 제도에 대해서 공지해주셔서 알았는데요 자산, 소득 그리고 부양비 세가지 기준을 만족하면 병역을 감면해주는 제도라고 합니다. 물론 현역병도 소급해서 전역이 가능하구요. 저희 집이 선택형 기초수급을 받을 정도로 경제 사정이 안좋은데요 (수급비는 안받고 교육비,의료비만 혜택을 받습니다) 그래서 알아보니 자산이랑 소득에서는 조건이 만족을 하는데 [부양비율을 계산해보려는데 도저히 잘 모르겠어서 홍차넷에 도움을 청합니다ㅜㅜ ] 일단 가족을 부양의무자, 피부양자, 자활가능자 로 부양의무자 : 19-59세 피부양자 : 65세 이상 자활가능자 : 60-64세 이렇게 구분합니다. 그래서 부양의무자 당 남자는 2명, 여자는 1명까지 부양할 수 있다고 보아 이를 초과하면 부양비 기준을 만족하는겁니다. 그런데 여기서 가족의 정의를 [가족의 범위는 부모, 배우자, 직계비속 및 미혼의 형제자매(생모, 부모의 직계존속, 배우자의 직계존속, 기혼의 형제자매나 그의 배우자 또는 직계비속 등 사실상 생계를 같이 하고 있는 사람을 포함한다)로 한다.] 라고 하는데 사실상 생계를 같이하고있는 사람을 어떻게 계산해야할 지 모르겠습니다.
