주중에 집에서 가정용으로 사용할 장식장 하나를 구매했습니다. 백화점이 아닌 일반 쇼핑센터에서 하는 개인업체에서 구매를 했고요. 저렴하지만 적지 않은 금액을 주고 구매를 했습니다. 그런데 구매 후 배달이 된 가구를 확인해보니 장식장 문에 달린 리본 마감처리가 떨어져 덜렁거리고 문을 고정시키는 정면 경첩(?) 부분도 제대로 고정이 되지 않아 흔들리는 등 상태가 썩 좋지 않았습니다. 배달된 자리에서 수리 및 환불 요구를 하였고, 배달 시 따라온 업체(가게 주인)은 환불은 불가하다며 수리를 해주겠다고만 하더군요. 그렇게 다음날 수리를 해주겠다며 기사가 왔는데 대충 글루건 하나 들고와서 마감처리 부분을 때우고 경첩 부분은 드라이버로 돌려준다고 했지만 역시 제대로 고정되지도 않았습니다. 글루건 사용 시에 '이 쪽에서는 글루건으로 하셔도 되겠냐, 처리 후에 맘에 안들면 환불처리를 하겠지만 글루건으로 그렇게 티나게 때우면 나중에 다시 팔 때 문제되지 않겠냐'라는 이야기는 제가 미리 했었을 정도입니다. 어쨌든 그렇게 AS 처리를 받고나서도 영 맘에 들지 않아서 가게 주인 쪽에 전화를 했는데, 별다른 근거 규정을 대는 것도 아니면서 무조건 환불은 불가하다고 합니다. 해외 수입제품이라 지금 배달된 것을 사용하고 있으면 나중에 새 제품이 들어올 때 교체를 해주겠다라는 말만 되풀이하네요. 장식장을 구매할 때 특별히 계약서 같은걸 쓴 적도 없고, AS 상태도 영 좋지 않으며, 전화 대응 시에 굉장히 불친절하게 대응한데다가 전화를 끊으면서 개인적인 감정이 느껴지는 혼잣말까지 수화기 넘어로 들려온지라 무조건 환불처리를 하려고 마음을 먹고 있습니다. 글루건으로 때우기 이전과 이후 사진은 모두 찍어놨고요. 환불이 안되는 이유가 아무리 생각해도 없다고 생각되어 소보원에 제보를 하든 어떻게 해서라도 제 값 받아내고 장식장을 돌려보내려고 합니다. 이 상황에서 어떤 조치를 취해야 하나요? 끝까지 고집을 부리면 정말로 소보원에 연락을 해봐야 하는건지, 무슨 자신감이 있어서 저렇게 대응하는건지 혹시 몰라서 글을 올려봅니다.
