고민이 한 가지 있습니다. 저는 퇴사 후 시험을 준비 중인 X시생입니다. 현재 부모님과 함께 같이 살고 있습니다. 나이는 31가 되었습니다. 제 고민은 아래와 같습니다. 1번 4-5년 동안 우울증과 무기력증 때문에 약을 복용하고 있습니다. 오전에 무언가를 하면 오후와 저녁에는 무기력하게 지내는 게 일주일에 2-3일은 될 정도로 무기력과 우울증이 심한 상태입니다. 요즘 들어서는 삶을 끝마치는 방법을 자꾸 찾아보게 되고 내 죽음 이후의 가족들의 상황, 친구들의 상황을 그려보곤 합니다. 하지만 부모님은 두 분 다 독실한 개신교인이신데 약물이나 심리상담을 인정하지 않습니다. 처음엔 나름대로 치료를 받아보라고 하셨지만 지금은 '내 말 안 들어서 그렇지' 같은 태도로 절 대하십니다. (이 부분은 우울증이 심한 제 착각일 수도 있습니다.) 2번 미래에 무엇을 해서 먹고 살아야 할지 모르겠습니다. 다니던 회사를 퇴사한 지 3개월 정도 되었습니다. 준비 중인 시험에 매진해야 할 텐데 어두운 터널을 지나는 것만 같아요. 출구는 커녕 빛도 보이지 않는 터널 한 가운데 갇혀 산다는 느낌만 듭니다. 3번 이게 가장 고민입니다만.. 제 괴로움 때문인지 남들에 대한 못된 적개심이 들어요. 이럴 테면 부모님에게는 '왜 나의 이런 상황을 알아주지 않는가'라든가 '왜 남들은 저렇게 쉽게 부와 위치를 손에 넣는가' '불공평하다' 같은 생각 말이죠... 얼마 전에 조커를 보았는데 솔직히 남 얘기 같지가 않아서 마음 한켠에 불편함이 일었습니다. 지금의 상황을 타개하고 싶다면, 그래서 바뀌고 싶다면, 전 어떻게 해야 하는 걸까요?
