저는 30대 후반 여자입니다. 평소 숨쉬기운동도 너무 힘들까봐 잘 안하는 스타일이고.. 50미터를 10여초에 돌파하는 정도의 체력을 갖고 있으며 윗몸일으키기는 하나도 못하고 철봉매달리기는 1초 뚝이고 무엇보다도 유연성이 망입니다....뻣뻣 나무토막이고 엎드려서 손끝 발에 한참 못미칩니다. 동작도 잘 못따라하고 ㅠ 몸치..ㅠ 최근 앉았다 일어서면 무릎 뚝뚝..한마디로 그냥 할멈수준의 몸입니다 ㅠ 너무 안쓰고 애낀 나머지 다행히 어디 쑤시고 아픈데는 없습니다만... 비만도는 마른비만이구요.(보기는 그냥그냥 평범. 근육 거의 없고 지방질이 풍부합니다 ㅠㅠ) 근데 최근 남친이 골프를 시작하라고 너무 강력하게 권유합니다. 레슨비까지 대주겠다면서 하라는게(제가 하도 안하니까) 그닥 잘치지는 못하는것같지만 90타 후반정도? (전 골프의 골도 모르는 사람입니다 본인말) 되게 좋아하고 매번 방송보고 있고 그래요. 주변이 다 골프치는 사람이고 결혼을 한다면 형님아주버님 되실분도 다 골프를 치십니다. 종종 쌍쌍이 골프도 치고 친구들과도 연인을 골프장에 데리고 오는 분위기인것같습니다. 저도 혼자 앉았기도 뭐하고 매번 안가기도 그렇고 사실 30대 후반되니 이제 살려고라도 운동해야하나 싶기도 하고 해서 이왕 하는거 골프 뭐 해보자 그런 마음은 먹었는데 유연성없고 근육없는 사람은 골프를 바로 시작해도 될까요? 1. 그냥 닥치고 당장 골프레슨부터 끊어 받는다. 2. 필라테스나 요가 pt를 좀 받고 한다. (어떤종목이 제일 도움이 될지요) 남친은 할아버지들도 다 한다고 그냥 시작부터 하라는데 저는 지금 했다간 어디 삐거나 결리거나 할 까봐 무섭습니다. 근데 pt는 근육기르고 살빼는거라고 알고있는데 골프칠 기초체력 유연성에도 도움이 될까요? 그외 시작전 초보가 갖추어야 할 팁이나 맘가짐 조언 부탁드립니다.
