안녕하세요? 이번에 제가 장시간 서울로 발령이 나게됐습니다. 그래서 아마 여자친구도 이직을 생각하고있는 듯 한데, 제가 이 분야를 잘 몰라서 여쭙고자합니다. 여친은 종합병원 원무 3년정도 경력에 대학병원 원무팀의 콜센터에 2년경력이있습니다. 혹시 이정도의 경력으론 서울에서 해당업종에 이직하기 힘들련지요? 그리고 상급병원이나 국립 기관의 업무지원직은 거의 계약직 채용이던데, 어느정도 하면 정규직으로 전환 가능성이있는지요.. 그리고 혹시 유관경력으로 갈 수 있는 길이 더 있을지요.. 무언가 제가 상황을 알고 같이 계획을 짜야할거 같은데, 이 분야에 무지하다보니, 의료계 종사자(?) 분들이 많은 홍차넷에 질의드리게 되었습니다. 제가 원무직으로 있었던 곳은 서울에서 10손가락 안에 드는 대학이 운영하는 대학병원이었는데 동기들 대부분 해당 대학 졸업생이었습니다.
제가 있던 곳은 원무직만 따로 뽑지는 않았고 행정직으로 뽑았는데 행정직은 특별한 전문능력이 필요치 않은 이상 경력직을 뽑지 않았습니다. 그리고 정규직도 잘 안뽑는 추세입니다. 계약직을 계속 뽑으면서 원무직에 있는 나이든 정규직들이 퇴직해서 나가기를 기다리는(?) 추세였습니다. 아마 다른 병원도 대부분 비슷할 거라 생각합니다.
