안녕하세요. 10년 정도 된 빌라에 신혼집을 얻어 살고 있는 신혼 부부 입니다. 아직 최소 1년 이상 더 살아야 하구요. 이사온지 얼마 안되었을때는 윗집에 6살 3살 자녀가 있는 가족이 살고 있었습니다. 저희는 2층에 살고 있는데, 1층은 주차장으로 되어있는 필로티 건물이라 아래에는 집이 없습니다. 초반에 윗집의 아이들이 심하게 뛰어다녀서 밤 늦게나 아침 일찍은 자제시켜달라고 공손하게 부탁했었습니다. 그렇게 상황이 나아지지는 않았지만 저희가 이사오고 2달정도 되었을때 이사를 가버렸기 때문에 그 다음부터는 아이들에 의한 층간 소음은 발생하지 않았습니다. 그 후 성인 남자 한 분이 이사온걸로 확인했습니다. 그런데 몇 개월 후 밤늦게나 아침 일찍 두두두두두두두두, 다다다다다다 하는 엄청 짧은 간격의 반복되는 층간 소음이 나더라구요. 소리가 엄청 큰건 아니었지만 은근히 신경 쓰이는 크기였습니다. 제 느낌상은 뭔가 안마의자 같은데, 층간 소음이 워낙 안 되는 건물이다 보니 소리가 전달 되는거 같습니다.(추측 입니다.) 문제는 그런 소음이 밤늦게(밤 11시 이후) 나 아침 일찍 (오전6시)에 시도때도 없이 발생한다는 부분 입니다. 어제밤에는 도저히 못참겠어서 주의를 주려고 윗집으로 올라갔는데... 반전이 윗집(3층)에 사람이 없었습니다?? 물론 없는 척 한거라면 방법이 없겠지만, 엄청 문도 두들기고 벨도 계속 눌렀는데 아무 반응이 없더라고요. 혹시 그 윗층일까 싶어서 윗층(4층)에 올라갔는데 그 집도 사람이 없더라고요. 밤 12시가 다 되는 시간인데 잠이들었어도 깰 정도로 벨을 누르고 문을 두들겼기 때문에 사람이 진짜 없었던걸로 생각 됩니다. 그럼 저는 이 소음의 발원지를 찾을수 없는걸까요?? 저는 발원지만 찾게되면 정말 공손하게 밤 늦게랑 아침 일찍만 소리 주의 해달라고 부탁드릴 예정입니다ㅠㅠ 찾을 방법이 없을까요?? 조언 부탁 드립니다.
