안녕하세요. 입사할 회사를 고민하다가 많은 분들의 지혜를 빌려보고 싶어 글을 씁니다. 대기업 계열사/우수 중견기업 사이의 고민입니다. 1. 대기업 계열사 - 규모: 본사 약 100명 - 급여: 기본급 3800, 성과급은 없다시피 함. - 매출액: 약 400억 - 대기업의 네임밸류 존재. 대기업 연계 복지 등이 있음. - 회사가 계열사 중 규모가 작아 정보를 찾을 순 없으나, 그룹사 전반 조직문화에 대한 평은 좋지 않음.(워라밸 등) - 사업을 확장 중. - 직무: 마케팅 2. 우수 중견기업 - 규모: 약 300명 - 급여: 기본급 4000, 성과급 약 1000 - 매출액: 약 2500억 - 워라밸 좋음(대다수 부서 칼퇴) - 더 이상 성장하기는 어려운 사업이나 안정성 있음. - 직무: 경영지원(마케팅 쪽으로 배치될 가능성 높음) 첫 회사라 이직을 하게 될지 어쩔지 감이 잡히지 않네요. 개인적으로 1에 들어가면 이직을 하고 싶을 것 같고.. 2에 들어가면 적당하게, 안정적으로 다닐 것 같아서 2에 마음이 갑니다. 직장생활에서 뭔가 인정받고 싶다는 생각은 크지 않고 돈 버는 곳이라는 생각이 강해서 2가 더 끌리는 거 같긴 합니다 부모님은 1을 절대적으로 원하시는 상황이에요. 대기업 네임밸류, 안정성 등.. 부모님은 1에 가면 너가 더 성장할 수 있다, 하는 만큼 인정받을 수 있다 하시네요. 저는 워라밸도 더 좋고 돈도 더 많이 주는데 중견이라는 이유로 안 가면 너무 아까울 것 같은데 제가 뭔가 잘못 생각하고 있는 걸까요?
