| Subject | 군생활이후 트라우마 이겨내신분들 계신가요? |

남들보다 많이 늦은 나이에 군대를 가서 5~6살 어린애들에게 욕도 먹고 뒷담화도 많이 까이고 그러다보니 제대할때쯤엔 자신감에 가득찬 상태가 아니라 내가 과연 뭘 할수 있을까? 라는 생각이 먼저 들더군요. 군대가기 이전에도 여러알바를 해가면서 사회생활도 해보고 여러 트러블도 있었지만 내가 문제가 있다라는 생각은 없었는데 군대가고 난 이후엔 내가 뭔가 문제가 있나? 라는 생각이 들어요. 저는 관심병사까지는 아니더라도 일반병사와 관심병사 그 중간에 위치해있었고 실수가 잦은편이라 조롱도 많이 당하고 뒷소문이 안 좋게 났던 케이스였습니다. 잘할때는 잘했는데 기복이 꽤 심해서 병장 달고나서도 큰 실수를해서 좀 망신을 당한 기억도 있었구요.. 이제는 시간이 좀 지나긴했지만 군대안에서 겪은 많은 일들 때문에 제가 사회에서 하고 싶은 일이나 꿈을 이룰려고 해도 내가 과연? 그런 일을 할 수 있을까? 라는 생각이 자꾸듭니다. 지금도 일은 하고 있고 주변에서 꼼꼼하고 세심하다고 칭찬을 해도 그냥 단순한 일이니까 이렇지 복잡한 일을 하면 또 실수가 잦겠지? 라는 생각부터 들구요. 저랑 혹시 비슷한 케이스가 있으신가요? 그리고 어떻게 이겨내셨는지 궁금합니다. “나는 해도 안되는 사람인가보다” 라고 생각하고 산 시기가 9년 쯤 있습니다. 그 사이에 삼수하고, 어케 간 학교도 내자리가 아닌 것 같아 한 학기만 다니고 군대갔는데, 군대 앞뒤로 1년 놀고 뭐 그랬죠.
복학하고, 슬럼프에서 벗어났던 거는...
지금 제가 할 수 있는 걸 지금 당장 시작해서 쉬지 않고 하는 거였어요. 멀리 뛰려고 각재고 준비하고 뛰었다 엎어지는 거 몇 번 하면... 사람이 자신감과 자존감이 훅 떨어집니다. 그럴 때에는... 한 걸음씩 세 번 가면 되요. 인생의 어떤 것들... 더 보기

작은 목표를 짧은 시간 내에 몇 번 성취해보면, 그 다음에는 제가 달라져 있는 걸 느낄 수 있습니다. 성취 가능한 목표를 세우는 법도 알고, 그걸 위해 노력하는 법도 이미 알고 있어요. 그럼 자존감도 채워지고, 목표를 조금씩 멀리 둘 수도 있게 됩니다.
저는 글케 슬럼프에서 벗어났어요.
