광명에 있는 아파트에서 4년째 전세로 살았습니다. 이번에 육아 문제로 본가 근처로 이사해야 하는 상황인데, 부동산에서 이사 날짜를 멋대로 밀어붙이는 바람에 짜증이 나네요. 4월 13일이 계약 만료이고 보통 3개월 전에는 집주인한테 통보하는 게 관례라 하여 2월 4일 집주인에게 집 내놓으시라고 말했습니다. 저는 이사 갈 집을 아직 하나도 안 알아본상황이구요. 집주인한테 우선 통보한 후 알아볼 생각이었죠. 근데, 집주인한테 말하자마자 두 시간 만에 부동산에서 전화가 와서는 집 보러온 사람이 있었고, 이미 집도 봤고, 맘에 든다고 했답니다. (저는 회사에서 일하는 중이었고, 집에는 어머니가 아기를 봐주시기 때문에 항상 사람이 있습니다) 그러면서 슬쩍 '4월 25일이 손 없는 날이니 그때쯤 어떠시냐' 길레 '뭐 그때쯤이면 괜찮을꺼 같다' 고 했는데.. 전화끊고 생각해보니 느낌이 쎄- 한게 4월 25일로 이사 날짜 픽스 하자는 말 같습니다. 전 아직 하나도 안 알아본 상태인데 말입니다. 그래서 바로 전화를 걸어 저: '4월 25일로 픽스는 힘들다. 이쪽은 아직 집을 하나도 안 알아봤다' 부: '그래도 어느 한쪽이 확정되지 않으면 계약을 할 수가 없는 거다' 저: '아니 그래도 그렇지 이쪽보고 딱 4월 25일날 이사 갈 집을 알아보라고 하면 그런 집이 있겠냐 몇 군데 정돈 알아보고 대략 날짜를 뽑아서 앞뒤로 조정해보고 정 안되면 지금 그분들 말고 다른 사람이 또 있을 거 아니냐' 라고 했더니 부: '그럼 이렇게 하자 2월 11일 날 가계약을 할 예정이었으니 그전까지는 연락을 달라' 고 해서 그러마 하고 전화를 끊었습니다. 이렇게까지 얘기해뒀으니 제가 4월 25일은 죽어도 안 된다고 할 때를 대비해 가계약을 뒤로 미룰 줄 알았죠.. 달력보시면 아시겠지만 이 통화가 목요일이고, 2월 11일은 설 연휴가 끝난 다음 날입니다. ... 이래놓고 일단 저도 집을 알아보긴 했는데 연휴라 그런지 문 연 부동산도 잘 없고 몇 군데서는 지금은 적당한 물건이 없으니 찾아보고 연락 주겠다고 했지만 결국 구해지지 않았습니다. 그래서 2월 11일 아침에 전화를했죠 10시 반 경이었을 겁니다. 아니 그런데 집주인과 들어올사람 다 불러다 놓고 계약을 진행 중인 겁니다. 가계약도 아니고 계약. 그러면서 하는 말이 또 앵무새처럼 '이사경험이 없어서 잘 모르나 본데 한쪽에서 확정을 짓지 않으면 이쪽도 저쪽도 아무것도 못 한다 일단 이 사람들(새로 들어올 세입자)한테 양해를 구해서 날자 조정을 해주겠다' 면서 '4월 20일에서 29일까지는 괜찮다. 단, 토요일 일요일은 큰돈 오가기 때문에 이사하는 거 아니다. 그리고 절대 29일은 넘길 수 없다. 앞으로 10일 내에는 언제 가능한지 통보해 달라' 참 이것도 전화 끊고 달력 보니 처음 얘기했던 4월 25일 조건과 별반 다른것도 없고 끝까지 그쪽 편한대로만 하자는 겁니다. 좀 농락당하는 기분이 들었는데요.. 저야 신혼집을 여기서 시작했고, 한번 재계약 해서 총 4년 살고 이번에 이사가는 거니 이사 경험이 전혀 없거든요. 부동산이야 늘상 하는 일이 이사 관련 날짜 조정일 테구요 부동산은 다 알고 이러는 거겠죠..? 계약건 하나 후딱 해치워 버리고 다른 계약건 신경 쓰고 싶겠지만 이거 뭐 나가는 세입자는 부동산이랑 돈 한푼 주고받는 거 없다고 이래도 되는 건가요? 이사 갈 집 먼저 알아보고 언제 나가겠다고 통보했어야 하나요? (그 생각을 안 했던 건 아닌데 3개월 전 통보 하는게 관례 라면서요... 4~5개월 전에 들어갈 집을 먼저 알아보고 집주인한테 3개월 전 통보.. 뭐 이런 테크트리를 밟아야 하는 건가) 흐흐.. 좀 억울하네요 신경쓰이고.. 이 부동산에 합법적으로 복수할 방법이 없을까요? 10일내로 확정 지어 달라고 한 날짜를 집이 안 구해졌다면서 계속 안알려준다거나.. 제 생각에는 부동산이 멋대로 진행한다기보다는 집주인의 의지가 강하고 부동산이 악역을 맡은 것 같습니다.
부동산 입장에서는 집주인이 갑이거든요.
앞으로도 그 동네에서 그 부동산을 이용할 사람이라서 아무래도 집주인의 의사를 대변할 수 밖에 없습니다.
그리고 4월 13일이 만료인데 25일날 이사하시라는게 멋대로인지도 좀 의문이네요.
계약기간 종료 전도 아니고 그 이후에 이사하라는 것은 충분히 편의를 봐준 게 아닌가 싶거든요.
