매매 대출이 더 적게 나오는 이상한 규제를 하니 대책도 해괴하게 나오는군요..
1) 양 당사자가 협의만 되면 전세 한두달 하다가 매매로 전환하는 것 자체는 가능합니다.
2) 문제는 전세계약 자체를 그런 형태로 계약서를 쓰면 전세대출이 안나올 겁니다.
3) 처음에 전세계약서만 써서 전세 대출을 받고 거래를 하면 걱정하시는 것처럼
마음이 바뀌어서 집 안산다고 하면 피곤해질 것입니다..2년은 꼬박 전세를 줘야 할 것이고요.
