안녕하세요 저는 2n 살 4년차 IT 중소기업 다니고있는데요. 다른 친구들도 그렇지만 저 또한 대학전공을 성적이나 상황에 맞게 갔었고 거기서 다행히 흥미를 느껴 휴학없이 공부해오다 학교와 자매?를 맺고 있던 현 직장에 취직하게 된 케이스인데요. 회사에서 다루는 툴이나 언어는 요새 다들 안쓰는 비주류이고 사업수행은 체계없이 주먹구구식.. 업무량에 비례하여 부담감만 가중... 사수의 부재(저는 사수가 없었습니다 ㅜㅜ있었어도 사업적인 내용 인계하는 사수 정도...?) 즉, 제가 지금 순수 개발하는 능력에 대해 심하게 갈증을 느껴요. 보시다시피 워낙 물흐르듯 살아온 인생이였는데 점점 숨이 차네요. 개발이 재밌어서 하고싶은데 요즘 아무것도 하기가 싫습니다. 자세히는 말씀 못드리나 회사의 고질적인 문제에 대해 지치기도 하구요. 요새 큰 사업을 시작해서 서로간 불만에 스트레스가 가중되어 부장님과의 트러블도 한 몫합니다. 이직에 대해 작년부터 고민해왔는데 실행하지 못했던것이, 제가 게으른것도 있었고 연차는 늘어나는데 막상 제가 파고싶은 분야가 있다할게 없었습니다. 근데 요즘 들어 진지하게 생각 중입니다. 위에서 말했다시피 회사와 권태기(?)중이고 스스로 성장에 대한 갈증이 있기도 하고요. 그래서 뭘 하고싶은지 진지하게 고민하고 있습니다. 전공심화를 해야하나 아니면 다른 회사를 찾아봐야하나.. 그도 아니면 회사와의 권태기를 참고 버텨야 하는지요. 이거저거 다 제쳐두고 쉬고싶은 마음도 큽니다. 다른 분들은 이직의 계기가 어떤 건지 궁금합니다. 이직하실때 어떤 고민을 하셨어요? 상무님께 회의중에 연필 분질러서 집어던지고 나왔습니다 -_-v
했던 고민은
저도 중견 건설회사였는데
제가 하고 있는 일이 과연 옳은 방법인가, 옳은 방식인가, 우리가 하는 방법이 과연 다른 회사에서도 통하는지가 가장 궁금했고
그래서 좀 큰 회사로 가야겠다는 생각을 했었습니다. (고만고만 했다고 한다)
