안녕하세요. 음. 운을 어떻게 띄워야할니 모르겠군요. 제가 다니는 회사는 아이스크림 제조회사입니다. 그런데 이번에 하청을 주던 모기업에서 일방적으로 계약해지통보를 당하고 회사가 정리가 되버렸네요(..) 다만 그전부터 직원분들과 새로 온 이사님과 갈등이 심각했고(가족기업이었음) 전 이사님 오신다음에 온 직원이라 중간에서 이리치이고 저리치이고 ㅜ ㅜ 사족은 그만하고 이사님이 사무실 직원 만 남기고 모두 퇴사처리했는데 몇 있던 사무실 직원이 애초에 저 포함 2명뿐이긴했지만 다들 개인사정/부상 등으로 저 혼자 남았네요. 이사님은 이번에 뭔가 다른 일을 구상 중이신것 같은데 사실 저 이 일이 자신이 많이 없습니다. 사무실에 저 혼자 있는 이 상황도 불안하고 이사님은 뭔가 자꾸 더 업무를 맡기려고하고(까놓고 말해 이사님이 요구하는 업무를 다 소화한다면 제기 이 회사에 있을 필요를 못느낄것 같습니다) 회사가 어떤 방향으로 나갈지도 아직 이사님과 사장님도 결정을못한것 같고. 그래서 이직은 해야할것 같은데 이게 타이밍을 못잡겠네요. 그냥 아예 그만두고 스펙을 쌓으며 준비를 해야할지 아니면 계속 다니면서 공부를 하고 점핑을 해야하는건지... 대책이 없는 상황이라면 다니면서 준비를 해야되는게 맡겠지만 솔직히 다니기 싫은마음이 좀 더 큽니다(..) 하지만 그만둬버리면 그 사이에 또 경력단절이라던지 여러가지가 또 걸리고. 나이가 30넘게 먹어서 회사경험도 채 1년이 되지않아 이런것도 많이 불안하고 ㅜ ㅜ 어떻게해야할까요.
