안녕하세요. 저는 만 35세 남성입니다. 일단 2014년도 에 받은 건강진료에 포함된 요추CT에서 Protruded disk herniation(Rt. paramedian type) L5-S1 interspace. Bulging disks, L3-4, 4-5 interspaces. 소견으로 허리디스크 얘기가 나온적이 있었는데 당시에도 아무 불편함이나 통증이 없어서 별 생각없이 넘겼었습니다. 당시에는 사무직 종사중이었고 앉아서 근무하는것이 대부분 이었습니다. 며칠전에 등쪽과 허리쪽이 뻐근한 느낌이 있어 하루 동안 스트레칭을 틈나는 대로 계속 했었습니다. http://blog.naver.com/nghghh/221502983871 해당사이트에 있는 영상의 셀프견인 슈퍼맨 홀딩 자세, 그리고 맥켄지 운동.. 를 반복했는데 다음날 한쪽다리가 살짝 저리더라구요. 등허리의 뻐근한 느낌은 깨끗하게 사라지고 며칠이 지난 지금도 왼쪽다리 저림이 있는데 갈수록 조금씩 정도가 더해지는 느낌입니다. 왜 저런 디스크관련 스트레칭을 했냐면 뻐근한 느낌도 있었고 또 다다음주 정도에 채용신체검사를 받는데 요추CT가 포함되어 있다고 하길래 조금이라도 도움이 되기위해서 그랬습니다. 그 회사 신검 후기를 보면 척추분리증으로 입사가 취소되었다는 얘기가 있어서 매우 불안합니다. 괜히 급하게 운동을해서 긁어부스럼이 된게 아닐까 하는 불안한 생각이... 일단 내일 신경외과를 바로 방문해서 의사 선생님과 면담할 예정입니다.. 제 상태를 정리해보자면.. 허리는 아무 통증이나 불편함이 없었고 지금현재도 그렇습니다. 오히려 운동전보다 뻐근함이나 근육통이 덜합니다. 숙이거나 뒤로 제껴도 통증없습니다. 발뒤꿈치로 걷기, 까치발로 걷기 무리없이 가능합니다. 저린다리에 힘이 들어가지 않거나 저림외의 다른 통증은 없습니다. 하지직거상 운동에 통증이나 찌릿함을 느낄수 없었습니다. 다리가 저린 이유는 여러 검색을 해보면 역시 허리에 신경이 눌린것같은데 몹시 두렵습니다.. 치료는 천천히 시간을 두고 하면 되겠지만 며칠있을 신검에서 좋지 않은 결과가 있을까봐요. 인생이 걸린 문제라서.. 지금 하고 있는 생각이 제발 기우였으면 좋겠습니다 .. 읽어 주셔서 감사합니다. 다들 건강하세요.
