안녕하세요. 헌혈빌런입니다. 사실 제가 올 4월부터 헌혈을 시작한거라 솔직히 빌런 축에는 못드는데 그냥 닉은 그렇게 지어봤습니다. 제가 저번 글에 주량이 최근에 뚝 떨어졌다고 했는데 아니나 다를까 며칠전에 청첩장 받는다고 나갔던 술자리에서도 소주 2병 마시고 필름 끊겨서 집에 왔습니다. ㅠㅠ 그래서 쉬는 날 자려고 누워서 그냥 저냥 생각하다가 머리 속을 스치고 지나간 것이 하나 있습니다. 제가 주량이 확 약해졌다고 느꼈던 것이 4월 경부터 인데 마침 제가 헌혈을 시작한 것도 4월이었던 것입니다.(!!!!) 제가 집돌이고....생활 루틴(?)을 지키는 편이라 사실 별다른 이벤트가 거의 없는데요 딱 하나 근 몇년간 달라진건 제 나이와, 4월부터 시작한 헌혈이거든요. 혈소판,혈장 헌혈로 2주에 꼬박꼬박 한번씩 여태 유지하고 있습니다 (술을 좀 많이 마시긴 하는데, 그래도 헌혈 예약일 전 1주일간은 금주하고 가고, 2일 전부터는 너무 기름지지 않게 한식한식 스러운 식단을 하려고 노력합니다) 갑자기 드는 생각인데 잦은 헌혈이 안좋을 수 있나요? 그리고 제가 주량이 떨어진 것도 관계가 있을까요? 가령 피를 뽑아내서? 그걸 체우느라? 간에 무리가 가고? 간에 무리가 간 상태에서 술을 마셔서? 는 저 문과구요......ㅠㅠ 헌혈할때 멍들거나 피가 안멈추거나 한 적 한번도 없고 헌혈 마쳐도 어지럼증 이런거 1도 못 느껴서 아 헌혈 체질인가? 했거든요. 글이 너무 의식의 흐름을 따라가서 중구난방인데.... 헌혈 부작용에 대해 검색해봐도 현혈의집에 있는 안내책자 정도의 말만 나와서 뭔가 다른게 없나 궁금하기도 합니다. 긴 글 읽어주셔서 감사합니다.
