회사에서 직원 역량 강화를 위해 해외연수/유학을 보내는 경우가 있죠. 이 경우 상당한 비용과 시간이 들어가기 때문에 - 연수기간 종료 후 연수기간의 2~3배 이상의 기간동안 의무적으로 근무해야 함 (퇴직/이직 불가) - 기한 내에 퇴사할 경우 회사에서 지원한 비용을 전액 물어내야 함 등등의 규정을 만들어두고 있죠. 연수/유학을 가는 사람은 사전에 해당 규정이 적혀있는 동의서 등에 서명을 해야 하고요. 질문) - 기한을 채우지 않고 퇴사한 사람이 비용을 물어내지 못하겠다고 변호사를 고용해서 회사와 소송을 하면 어떻게 되나요? 동의서에 서명을 했으니 물어내야 하나요? 아니면 회사 내부 규정일 뿐 사회적으로 강제력은 없는 건가요?
