현재 30 대 중반 80 키로 남자고, 경도비만상태입니다. 인바디 결과 보니까 근육량은 평균보다 조금 위쪽인데 지방량이 너무 많아요. 다니던 직장을 퇴직하고 1년간 쉬면서 구인중인데, 그 동안 몸관리를 너무 안 해서 비만상태가 되고 지방간도 심해서... 지금 쉬는 기간에 다시 맘 잡고 운동해서 살 좀 확실히 빼려고 합니다.. 목표는 빡쎄게 잡고 여름까지는 65 키로 빼는 게 목표인데요.. 보니까 저는 65 키로가 이상적인 수치더라고요.. 일단 지난 겨울때 PT 를 조금 받고 3대 웨이트라는 스쿼트/ 데드리프트/ 벤치프레스를 어느 정도 배워봤는데 벤치프레스는 솔직히 잘 모르겠고;; 스쿼트는 피티 선생님한테도 자세 괜찮다고 칭찬 받았고, 데드리프트는 좀만 더 하면 혼자서도 할 수 있을 것 같긴 합니다. 그런데 헬스장 가면 10 - 20 분 정도는 워밍업/스트레칭, 30 분 정도는 웨이트 트레이닝(스쿼트 같은 경우 60kg 중량으로 풀스쿼트 12 *5 세트), 45-50 분 정도는 러닝머신 뛰고 있는데, 원래 목표는 헬스장 매일매일 가는 게 목표였는데, 실상은 주에 2번 가기도 빡쎄네요;; 헬스장 간 다음 날은 몸에 힘이 쭉 빠지고 근육통도 남아있어서 도저히 헬스장 갈 엄두가 못 가는데,,, 살 빼는게 일차적인 목표인데 이렇게 해도 되나 모르겠네요. 원래 목표는 헬스장 매일매일 가는 거였는데... 근데 저번에 헬스 유투브 보니까 웨이트 트레이닝으로 손상된 근육이 다시 회복하는 시간이 24 -48 시간 걸린다고 하던데.... 원래 헬스장 매일 못가는게 맞나 싶기도 하고... 지금 직장을 안 다녀서 시간 하나만은 충분합니다. 20 대 때는 50키로 후반까지 빠진 적이 있어서 오히려 살 찌는 것을 고민했는데 지금 30 대 때는 20대 때 그리 쉬웠던 살 빼는게 정말 만만치 않네요 ;; 먹는 것은 과식하는 것만 피하고 있습니다. 평소에 먹는 거 일일이 칼로리 계산하는 것도 현실적으로 쉽지가 않아서... 다이어트 초보 겸 헬린이한테 조언 좀 부탁드립니다.
