아이가 사용하는 로션이 있는데 마침 1+1 이벤트를 해서 구매를 했습니다.. 와이프가 지난 금요일에 입금을 해달라고 해서 입금을 하고.. 오늘 제품이 와서 보니 1개만 왔더라구요.. 그래서 문의를 했더니.. 1+1 이벤트는 8일(금요일) 16시 결재 완료까지만 적용된다고 하더군요.. 입금 시간을 확인해보니 22시가 넘었더군요.. 제 상식으로는 이벤트 시간이 만료되었으니 주문이 취소되어 환불이 되는게 맞을 거 같은데.. 저희에게 아무 공지도 없이 1개만 보내놓고 반품하려면 택배비는 고객이 내야 한답니다.. 주문내역이랑 다른 제품이 왔으니 오배송인데 택배비를 왜 우리가 부담해야 하냐고 따졌더니.. 그건 우리가 해줄 수 있는게 없다라는 멘트만 반복하면서 로션 1개 더 받으려고 진상부리는 사람 취급하네요.. 열받아서 반품하고 소보원에 신고하겠다고 끊었는데 이게 강제성이 없어서 별로 의미가 없다고 하더군요.. 반품비 5천원 내면 그만이긴 한데 영 기분이 별로네요..제가 진상인가요?? 저같으면 제 구매 실수이기 때문에 반품을 하고자 한다면 반품료를 내고 반품을 할거같습니다.(별차이없다면 그냥 쓰겠지만.)
애초에 이벤트 내용을 제대로 파악 못한건 매직파이님이라고 생각이 듭니다.
통판회사 입장에선 타임세일을 했는데 타임세일기간을 지난 기간에 제품을 산 고객이
왜 타임세일 가격이 적용안되냐고 반품해달라고 클레임을 건건데 회사입장에선 좀 ??? 스러운 상황일거같네요.
그럼 반품할려면 보낼때 우리가 이만큼 송료를 내고 제품을 보냈으니 당신도 당신 송료를 내... 더 보기
