안녕하세요. 회사를 옮길 준비를 하려고 하는데 우리나라에 술을 마시지 않는 회사가 있는지 궁금해서 답답한 마음에 질문글을 올려봅니다. 사실 좀 더 정확하게는 회식이나 1박 2일 워크샵 등이 없는 회사가 있는지를 여쭤보고 싶지만, 없다는 답변이 나올까봐 회식을 하더라도 말 그대로 식사만 하고 헤어지는 회사가 있는지 여쭤봅니다. 이런 점 하나 때문에 회사를 그만둔다는 건 아니고, 이미 입사 후부터 다른 이유들로 단 하루도 때려치우고 싶지 않았던 적이 없었습니다. 밤마다 출근에 대한 두려움과 스트레스에 시달리지 않은 적이 없지만 집에 오면 세수하기도 버거운 피로를 이유로 이직 준비를 못하고 있었는데 이번에는 몇 개월 준비 후 그 기간에 회사를 옮기지 못하더라도 그냥 그만두려고 합니다. 본론을 말씀드리면, 회식 때 돌아가면서 건배사를 시키고 워크샵 때 의무적으로 밤새도록 술을 마시는 게 당연한 문화(?)가 없는 회사가 있는지, 있다면 주로 어떤 업종인지 궁금합니다. 저희팀 담당 임원에 따라 그렇지 않은 적도 있었지만 결국 임원은 수시로 바뀌고... 회사 자체적인 문화가 어떤 곳이냐가 중요한 것 같습니다. 근무 여건도 열악하고, 업무도 경력이 안 되는 일이라 완전히 새로운 곳에서 시작해보고 싶습니다. 물론 쉽지는 않겠지만요... 혹시라도 악플은 삼가주시고, 직접 경험하시거나 가까운 사람의 사례를 본 적이 있다면 보통 어떤 종류의 회사였는지 한 말씀 남겨주시면 감사하겠습니다. 일요일 편안한 휴식하시길 바랍니다.
