안녕하세요 지방에서 근무하는 초년생 이직관련 고민이 있는데요 정확히 말하자면 같은 직장내 근무지 변경입니다 그래서 1) 연봉은 동일, 근무시간, 내용도 동일 (야근 없음) 2) 둘다 근무지에 숙소가 딸려있어서 출퇴근 조건도 동일합니다. (평일에만 근무 주말엔 서울 본가로 갑니다) 3) 몇년뒤 퇴직이 예정되어 있어 그보다 더 미래까지 고려할 필요는 없습니다. 그래서 다른 조건들 가지고 고민이 있습니다. 현재 있는 근무지 A는 장점은 업무량이 굉장히 낮습니다. 단점은 정말 시골에 위치합니다. 허허벌판에 직장만 덩그러니 있는 수준이고 인프라가 매우 열악합니다 식당, 편의점등 가려면 자차로 10분정도 가야하고 그동네도 그렇게 인프라가 좋진 못합니다. 옮길지 고민되는 근무지 B는 A와 반대특징입니다. 업무량이 상대적으로 더 높습니다.
