안녕하세요, 허리 치료 관련해서 문의 좀 드리고자 합니다..! 허리가 아픈지는 몇년 되었는데요; 2010년에 1년 정도 수험생활을 해서인지 2011년 초 허리 통증이 찾아왔습니다. 그 당시엔 4,5 번 간격이 좁고 디스크가 조금 삐져나왔다 정도 였던거 같은데, 일단 통증을 좀 잡고, 치료를 하자고 하다가 통증이 좀 사그라들고나서는 당시에 돈도 없었고(학생이었어서..), 실비보험도 가입이 안되어있어서 비싼 도수치료를 몇번 받다가 접었었습니다. 그 후로도 2013년 초에 한번 또 통증이 왔었는데, 그때도 위와 비슷한 이유로 치료를 어느정도 하다가 못했었구요, 그래도 조금씩 운동 및 스트레칭을 종종하면서 괜찮아졌나 했더니, 2015년에 회사에 들어오고 나서, 야근 및 이런저런 개인적인 작업들로 인해 앉아있는 시간들이 점차 길어지면서 (+운동을 안하면서) 2017년 초에 다시 허리 통증이 찾아왔습니다. 작년에는 아픈게 좀 오래갔었습니다. 1월 초쯤부터 아프기 시작했는데 6월까지는 계속 아팠던거 같습니다. 4-5번 사이에 이어, 3-4번 사이도 좁다 4-5번 사이는 좀 삐져나온지 오래되어서 굳었다. 굳은 놈은 제거하는게 나을꺼다. (내시경 시술로) 근데 너님 골반이 제거해야하는 부위를 가로막고 있어서 내시경 시술로는 안되고 수술을 해야한다. 가 그당시 MRI, CT를 찍고 난 후의 소견이었던거 같습니다. 수술은 무섭기도 하고 회사일이나 이것저것 바빠서 못했습니다; 시간나는대로 침맞고, 주사맞고, 물리치료 받고 하면서 나아지긴 했는데, 그땐 좀 고역이었습니다; 앉아있는건 괜찮았는데, 1~2분 정도 서있으면 다리가 매우 아팠었습니다. 당연히 걷기도 힘들었구요 회사에서 일을 하긴 했지만, 출퇴근이 몹시 힘들었죠 그래도 또 괜찮아지긴 했고, 살긴살아가는데, 얼마전에 또... 무거운거 들다가도 아니고, 바닥에 떨어진 라인 하나 줍다가..... 하...두달째 고생하는 중입니다. 서론이 길었네요; 그래서 여쭙고자 하는건..이제는 퇴사(연말예정)도 앞두고 있고, 본격적인 치료를 한번 받아볼까 하는데요 궁금한건, 1. 디스크가 삐져나와 굳어있다는 저 부분을 제거하지 않고 계속 두어도 괜찮은건지? 1. 걷는데 지장이 없다면 수술은 미루시는 것이 좋습니다. 어차피 시간이 지나면 아파지기는 하지만 그래도 견딜 수 있으면 견디세요.
2. 혹시나 자신이 걸을 때 다리를 저는 것 같거나 왼쪽 다리를 끌고 있는 느낌이 있는지 확인해 보시고 그런 것이 없다면 그냥 지내시는 것도 나쁘지 않습니다.
3. 일반적으로는 약먹고 지내다 보면 좋아집니다. 일단 하루 30분 정도 걷는 것 부터 시작해 보시구요. 스쿼트 같은 녀석도 하프스쿼트 정도 해 보시는 것이 좋습니다. 재활의학과에 가면 알아서 운동처방 해 줄겁니다. 도수치료는 실비없으면 꼭 할필요는 없ㅅ브니다.
