어머니가 새로 받아오신 포사맥스 70밀리그램 정의 주의사항을 읽다가 발암성에 대한 부분을 봤는데.. 3.75mg/kg을 투여한 2년간의 발암성 시험에서 고용량을 투여받은 수컷 렛트에서 갑상생종이 증가하였다.(p=0.003). 이 용량은 체표면적당 용량으로 환산시 인체투여용량(10 mg)의 1배 및 3배에 해당한다. 다른 부분은 설명서 보면서 해설해 드렸는데 이 부분만 설명을 못해드리겠더라고요. P값의 의미도 모르겠고(로그값인가?) 70mg정이면 이 실험에서 쥐한테 투여한 것에 체표면적 비례 7배가 된다는건지... 별 문제 없으니까 팔린다고는 생각하는 데 불안해하셔서 설명을 드리고 싶네요. 처방받은 약국에서 물어보니 잘 모르겠다고 하심..
