무기력증, 만성피로 증후군 이겨내신분 있으신가요?안녕하세요 오랜만에 글을 올립니다. 제가 지금까지 인생에 살면서 건강적인 큰 고비에 있고 정말 해결하고 싶어서 수소문 하고자 고민해서, 평소 눈팅하고 가끔 글을 올리던 커뮤니티인 홍차넷에 도움을 받고자 글을 올립니다. 현재 저는 신경쇠약과 같은 만성피로 증상, 무기력 증상 때문에 인생이 휘어지고 너무 고민되서 글을 올리게 되었습니다. 저는 작년 2017년 9월 25일부터 몸이 특별하게 아픈 건 아니지만, 만성피로와 무기력증이 심해서, 회사도 제대로 출근을 못하게 되어 짤리게 되었구요. 1년 전으로 거슬러 원인을 되짚어 보면 무리한 자위행위가 그 시작이 아니었을까 추측하고 있습니다. 제가 남자로 가지고 있는 본능적 성욕에 따라서 작년 2017년 9월 25일쯔음부터 한달에 평균 4번정도 자위를 몇번 하다가 중독에 빠져 일주일에 3-4번 ..하루에 연속으로 3-4번 하였고 그 날짜 이후로 특별히 아픈 곳은 없지만 만성피로, 의욕저하,무기력 등으로 불편을 겪고 있습니다. 현재 자위행위을 중단한 상태입니다. 단순히 자위행위 때문은 아닌 것 같아 어떻게든 원인을 찾아내려고 2017년 10월 대학병원에 가서 대장내시경 포함해서 검진을 받았습니다. 위염이 있는것 빼고 정상 결과가 나왔습니다. 운동하면 좀 나아질까 해서 3월 4월 5월 복싱 3개월 7월 8월 수영 2개월, 헬스 2개월, 다니었는데도 운동하는 순간에는 잠깐 나아지다가 다시 말짱 도로묵입니다.(운동후 극심한 피로는 없습니다) 또한, 한달전부터 마그네슘 영양제 + 종합비타민제 센트룸 복용하고 있고 복싱체육관에 재등록해서 이번달부터 주 4일 40분씩 런닝머신에서 달리고 있습니다. 제가 당장 일을 해야하고, 발등에 불이 떨어진 상황인데도 몸이 위기 의식을 못느끼고 제대로 할 수가 없습니다. 장기간의 나아지지 않는 증세때문에 자살까지 고민하고 있습니다. 이런 글를 올려 민폐이지만, 정말 도움을 받고싶어 글을 올리게 되었습니다. 저는 현재 32살 172cm 65kg정도 되구요. 1) 정상 컨디션으로 회복이 안되요. 근 1년간 그 후로 특별히 신체적으로 아픈 곳은 없지만 신경쇠약과 같은 만성피로 증상, 무기력 증상이 있습니다. 불면증에 잠도 10시간 자도 무언가 개운하지 않고 심하면 오후 3시까지 침대에 있는 경우도 있었습니다. 2) 8년전부터 ADHD와 우울증 치료를 받고 있습니다. 각성제인, 메칠페니데이트와 우울증 약인 코펙사,웰부르트린,졸로푸트,졸민,트리피코 먹고 있습니다.지금은 정말 약을 먹어도 잠깐 효과 있고 몸이 너무 쑤시고 푹 자도 피곤합니다. 무슨 병원에 무슨 과에 가서 진료 받아 보는게 좋을까요? 사람 한명 도와주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 주변에 공감해주는 사람도 없고 몸은 계속 만성피로에 시달리니 정말로 자살충동이 일어날 정도로 힘듭니다. 부디 의학 지식이나 경험이 있으신 분은 답글로 조언을 주시길 부탁드리는 바입니다. 우울증탓이 아닐까 싶습니다. 우울증으로 인한 번아웃 증후군 등.. 일단 10시에 자고 8시에는 일어나서 씻고 3끼를 꼭 먹는 생활을 실천해보시는게 어떨까요? 그리고 뭔가 뿌뜻함이 있어야 스스로 하루 삶에 만족감도 생기고 허무함도 덜한 것 같습니다. 무언가 너무 일회성 쾌락으로 끝나는 것이 아니라 은은하지만 오래 즐길 수 있는 건설적인 활동이 좋을 것 같습니다. 제게는 제가 좋아하는 분야에 대한 심취, 공부, 독서가 해당되었습니다. 그리고 일 주일에 두 번 정도 30분씩 살짝 땀 날정도로 걷기도 좋을 것 같습니다. 조급해하시지 마시고 회복까지 몇 년 걸린다는 생각으로 여유 갖고 심플하게 살다보시면 나도 모르게 예전처럼 괜찮아져있지 않을까요?
