| Subject | 조합원 아파트 해지 방법이 궁금합니다. |

조합원 아파트 계약한지 4년이 넘었는데요 토지는 조합원들이 낸돈으로 사긴했는데 아파트는 정부규제로 대출이 안된다며 지을돈이없다고해서 땅만있고 건물은 아직까지도 짓지않고 미뤄지고있습니다. 그래서 더는 기다릴수 없어 위약금을 감수하더라도 계약 해지를 하러 갔더니 계약 해지는 되었으나 조합사무실에서는 저희가 냈던 돈을 주지않고 있습니다. 조합장말로는 한국자산신탁의 승인을 받아야 돈을 줄수 있다고 합니다. 그리고 토지구매시 대출받았던 약정이 만기가 되어간다고 하는데요 설사 계약 해지를 한다하더라도 대출만기를 연장해야한다고 하더라구요 연장을 안하면 계약을 해지해도 대출금을 다 물어내야된다고 합니다. 계약을 해지했는데 왜 대출금을 물어내야하는지도 모르겠고요 자산신탁의 승인을 받아야 돈을 받을 수 있는지도 모르겠습니다 제 생각엔 위약금만 내면 되는거 같은데요.. 어떻게 해야할지 조언 부탁드립니다.
