먼저 질문 게시판이 공개게시판이라 익명 처리 한 점 양해 부탁드립니다. 사고 내용은 고속도로 터널 초입에서 1차선 차들이 갑자기 감속을 하였고 제가 반응이 늦어서 브레이크를 밟았지만 앞차와 추돌했습니다. 사고 후 보험사 직원, 경찰 입회 하에 피해자분께서 사고접수 안하고 각자 보험처리 하는 쪽으로 하겠다고 하시고 저도 동의해서 사고접수는 되지 않았습니다. 그리고 각자 보험사를 통해 공업사로 차량 입고 시킨 상태입니다. 인명 피해 상태는 외관상으로는 인명 피해 부분이 서로 없습니다. 아까 피해자분과 잠깐 얘기했을 때 하루이틀 보고 병원가서 엑스레이 찍어 볼테니 일단 대인접수는 해달라는 말씀을 해주셨습니다. 그 부분에 있어서는 저도 피해자분과 같은 상황입니다. 제가 궁금한 것은 현재 상황에서 제가 해야할 일이 무엇인지 모르겠습니다. 첫 차에 첫 대인/대물 사고라서 일단 보험사 부르고 렉카차들 오는거 쳐내면서 여기가지 진행을 하긴 했는데,. 이제 내일부터는 본격적으로 보험사에서 차량 확인부터 해서 합의 견적을 낼 것으로 예상됩니다. 이때 제가 준비하거나 알아두어야 할 내용은 뭐가 있는지 궁금합니다. 당장 생각나는 구체적인 궁금증은, 주변분들에게 물어본 결과 대인,대물,렌트비용,피해자분의 근무불가로 인한 급여 보상부분 등 거의 다 보험처리가 되어서 제가 추가로 내야 할 돈은 없을 거라고 말씀들을 해주셨는데, 그 외에 피해자분과 따로 합의를 보게 된다면 그것도 보험처리가 되는건지, 결국은 어디까지 어떻게 보험처리가 보험처리가 되는지 궁금합니다. 그리고 사고 당시 정황이 없어 피해자분의 연락처조차 모르는 상태인데, 생각해보니 제대로 사과라도 드려야 할 것 같아서 번호를 알고 싶은데 보험사에 물어보는 알려주는지도 궁금하고...일단 그렇게 하는게 맞는 것인지도 모르겠고... 제 차량은 공업사 예상 견적부터 차량가액의 150%을 넘는 수준이라(중고차라 차량가액이 낮음) 현재 시점에서는 전손처리로 폐차하는 것으로 생각되는데 보험사 직원은 내일 차량을 직접 봐야 알겠지만 에어백은 제 돈으로 하고 나머지는 중고부품을 사용해서 차량가액에 수리비용을 맞추는 선택이 있을수도 있다고 합니다, 근데 그렇게 수리해서 타는게 좋을지 아니면 전손처리하고 차값을 받는게 좋은지(보험 가입일이 얼마 지나지 않아 차량 가액이 실 구매가랑 거의 비슷한 상황입니다. 물론 전액 다 받지는 못하겠지만) 그것도 고민되는 부분이구요...그렇게 수리한 차는 안전하진 않을 것 같아서... 경황이 없어 생각나는 대로 작성하였는데 질문 내용에 없는 조언이나 혹시라도 제가 잘못 생각하는 부분이 있다면 말씀해주시면 감사하겠습니다.
