안녕하세요.....원인모를 병으로 3년째 고생하는 청년입니다. 거두절미하고 글 적어 올려보겠습니다..... 먼저 비슷하고 유사한 증상은 4년전쯤부터 시작했습니다. 그당시 과도한 스트레스 그리고 과도한 자위 생활 그리고 과도한 피로 누적 마지막으로 자위할떄 비정상 적으로 사정할꺼 같으면 참기 그리고 정액 나오는중에 막아서 못나오기 를 했습니다. 이상태가 4달 정도 유지되서 많이 손상 되있는상태에서 학교에서 장난으로 부랄을 때리는 장난이 한창 유행해서 저도 엄청당했는데 이때부터 고환통증을 시작으로 오줌 다 싸고 끝에 뚝뚝 떨어짐 그리고 성기 간지러움?민감함? 이 있었습니다. 그후 고환치는 장난을 끊었는데도 통증은 여전히 유지되었습니다. 비뇨기과 가봤는데 별 말이 없고 그냥 정상이라 하더라구요. 그래서 한동안 자위를 2개월정도 끊었습니다. 그러자 고환통증과 민감함이 사라졌습니다.하지만 오줌싸고 뚝뚝떨어져서 힘줘야 나오는건 똑같았구요. 그렇게 1년이 지나고 비슷하게 과도한 스트레스와 과도한 피로누적 과도한 자위와 위에 써놓은 비정상적 자위생활 여기다가 이번에는 자전거를 타서 회음부를 충격을 주었고 추운화장실에서 회음부가 엄청 시린데도 참고 앉아서 20분동안 있었습니다. 그뒤로 이번엔 고환이 아닌 회음부 통증이 발현되고 성기 민감함 오줌발약화등등 이런건 똑같이 나타났습니다. 그렇게 지금 3년이 지났습니다. 3년동안 맨처음에 전립선 증상과 비슷해 비뇨기과 왠만한데 다돌고 전립선에 관련검사 심지어 mri도 찍어봤고요 근데 비뇨기과 다 정상이라니다. 한군데에서 염증 발견됬지만 뒤늦게 알았지만 여기서는 저처럼 염증 없는 사람도 전립선 염증 발견 해서 신뢰가 안가더라구요. 그리고 항생제도 혹시나 2개월먹었는데 몸만 버리고 효과 없었구요. 그리고 간곳이 항문외과 입니다.맨처음에 치루 라고 절개했는데 절개하고보니 무슨 섬유화?딱딱한 덩어리라 하더라구요 굳은거 같이 근데 딱히 관련은없고 거기가 예민한 회음부라서그냥 절개만하고 암것도 안하고 다시 봉합했어요 즉 아무것도 안했죠 그뒤로 항문 거근 증후군 알고 전국 몇개 병원에서 항문에다가 주사 치료?이거 한군데에서 3번 또 다른곳에서 10번 넘게 받았는데 그뒤로 항문 근육 쪽 치료하고 항문 회음부는 그래도 호전되었습니다. 근데 지금 남은게 민감함인데.......이거는 살끼리 스쳐도 간지럽고 끕끕하고 암튼....민감?한거 같습니다 불괘하고요 아 그리고 피부과도 가봤는데 2군데에서나 정상 판정 나왔습니다ㅣ. 지금까지 이런 상태인데 ...... 이 민감함은 어떻게 해야할까요.....
