| Subject | 직군이 다른 면접에서 준비해야할 대답들이 어떤게 있을까요? |

국내 통신사쪽에 경력 면접을 앞두고 있습니다 제가 개발자인데 경력을 쓰게 된 곳은 서비스 기술/운영쪽입니다 간단하게 설명은 못하겠지만 개발에 대한 회의감과 앞으로의 전망 때문에 이직을 선택하게 된거 같습니다 현재 일하는 분야와 지원하는 분야가 다르기 때문에 면접시 예상질문도 이에 대해 물어볼 것 같습니다 가령 예를 들자면 1. 현재 개발업무를 하시는데 운영업무를 잘 할 수 있겠어요? 이런 질문의 경우, 현재 직군에 대해 부정적으로 대답하지 않으면서 지원분야에 대해 관심으로 하게 되었다고 이야기 해야할 것 같은데 특별히 관심이 없는게 가장 걱정 입니다 그렇다고 거짓말하는건 잘 못하고 금방 탄로날 거 같아서 최대한 기억과 경험을 연결 지은게 아래처럼 준비를 해보았습니다. 하지만 내가 면접관이라면 와닿을 것 같지 않아서 걱정입니다 첫번째 예전에 비슷한 서비스를 이용했는데 장애가 난적이 있었는데 제대로 된 대응을 받지 못했었다 이런 경험을 비추어 보았을때 사전에 문제를 발생시키지 않는 것이 최우선이기 때문에 그동안의 개발업무에서 했던 자동화작업을 강점으로 직무를 대하겠다 두번째는 이제 독립(결혼)을 해야하는 시기인데 좋은 기회가 된거 같아 지원하게 되었다 이렇게 두가지를 베이스로 준비 중인데 너무 부정적잉 뉘앙스가 있는 것과 직무와는 상관없는 이유여도 괜찮은지가 궁금합니다 올해 이직을 시도하려고 서류를 넣었지만 처음으로 면접까지 가게 된 것과 신입사원 면접이후 면접이 처음이어서 고민하다 홍차클러분들께 조언을 구하고 싶습니다 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 이 게시판에 등록된 인달님의 최근 게시물 |

우선 새직군과 구직군 사이의 접점을 정말 잘 발견하셔야합니다. 본인이 관심이 없다고 하셨는데, 그런거 티 좀 납니다.
기술이 영업으로 갈때는
'몇년간 영업이 우리 기술과 협업을 많이 받아갔는데 이러저러한 분야에서 기술직렬이 영업직렬로 가는 것에 도움이 된다' 뭐 이런게 가장 효과적이겠죠.
새직군에서 발현될 수 있는 구직군과의 시너지. 근데 뭐 너무 뻔한 답변이고, 면접관도 빠삭하니까..

나의 지평을 넓히고 싶다. expand my horizon인데, 이건 커리어패스와 관련된 것이라고... 더 보기
