1.증상 및 진료 안녕하세요. 27살 청년입니다. 몇 가지 증상 + 우울함, 어지러움으로 신경과 + 정신과 치료를 받고 있습니다. -4개월 전 2분정도 말할 때 거슬렸음/호모시스테인 수치 높음/MRI 판독은 정상으로 나옴:원인미상의 일과성 뇌허혈발작 가능성 -> 하루 아스피린 100mg 및 삐콤씨 영양제 -그 이후의 어지러움 등 애매한 신체증상:신체화증상 -> 정신과 약물 2.다른 진료 4개월 동안 한 2차 종합병원에서 신경과 선생님 한 분, 정신과 선생님 한 분께 쭉 진료를 받았습니다. 홍차넷 눈팅하던 지식이 있어서, 닥터 쇼핑은 자제하려고 했고요. 다만 어제 문의하고 싶은 부분이 있었는데, 2차 병원 진료는 끝날 시간이라서 동네에 이전에 들렸던 신경외과로 들렀습니다. 그런데 현재 처방에 대해서 의문을 표시하시더라구요. "MRI나 약물 치료 등 지금까지 진단 자료가 없으면 확실히 말하긴 어렵다." "그러나 환자분께서 말했듯이 MRI소견이 깨끗했고 다른 수치도 특별한 게 없다면, 그때 느꼈던 증상이 특별한 병 때문이라기 보다는 스트레스로 인한 일시적 증상이라고 보는 게 맞는 것 같다." "환자분 나이대에 아스피린 처방은 얻는 것보다는 잃는 게 많다. 출혈 위험성도 커진다. 단순화해서 말한다면, 뇌경색 위험을 줄이는 것보다 뇌출혈 및 외상으로 인한 출혈 위험이 올라가는 게 더 크다." "나랑 같이 계속 치료한다면 우선 해당 병원에서 받았던 MRI 및 검사 수치들을 챙겨와달라. 환자분 말이 맞다면 아스피린은 끊고, 정신과 약물도 좀 더 약한 신경안정제 정도로 낮춰 보게 될 것 같다." 3. 이렇게 약 먹는 부분에서도 이야기가 다르다 보니 고민이 생겼습니다. 안그래도 4개월 동안 병원을 다니면서도 우울함이 심각해졌고, 건강 염려증, 애매한 증상들이 점점 늘어났고 특히 정신과 약물을 받는다는 점에서 부모님이 많이 속상해 하셨습니다. 2차 병원을 다니는 비용도 은근히 부담이었구요. 그래도 뵈어왔던 선생님을 계속 뵙는 게 맞는 것인지, 여러 부담을 덜 수 있는 선생님을 뵙는 게 맞는 것인지? 고민입니다.
