정확히 언제 시작되었는지는 알기 어려우나 제가 느낀 건 한 달 반? 정도 전 부터입니다. 일단 그 전에도 머리가 계속 '가늘어진다'는 느낌은 있었습니다. 머리에 손을 갔다 대면 힘없이 머리가 빠져나오고 이마 양옆은 M자를 넘어 악마의 뿔 같은 형태로 빠지려고 하고 이마 선이 우둘투둘 합니다. 그 뒤로 피부과를 갔는데 유전력을 물었습니다. 제가 알기로는 없고요. 스트레스는 최근에 건강 이슈로 어마어마하게 받는 중입니다. (1)스트레스 성 등으로 일시적으로 빠지는 중일 수 있다 (2)눈으로 보기에는 1기 정도로 탈모가 진행되었다. 먹는 약을 먹기에는 아직 조심스럽다. 그리고 판시딜이란 영양제를 추천받아 사서 먹고 있습니다. 이게 머리가 그냥 빠지는 건 비교적 줄었는데, 조삼모사인 게 머리를 감을 때 모았다가 한번에 빠지는 수준입니다. [머리를 감는 게 너무 두려운데, 한 번 감으면 60~100개 정도가 빠지는 것] 같습니다. 머리를 물로 헹굴 때마다 대야에 머리가 둥둥 떠다닙니다. 헤어 스타일링 제품도 바르기 겁나는 게, 그거 자체가 머리에 나쁘기 보다는 저녁에 다시 헹구려고 하면 또 상당히 빠지기 때문입니다. 피부과를 한 번 더 가도 같은 이야기를 했고요. 너무 걱정되면 먹는 약보다는 부작용 없는 바르는 마이녹실(미녹시딜)을 하고 있습니다. 1.머리가 한 달 가량 어마어마하게 빠지는 데 의사선생님께서 먹는 약 처방에 조심스러운 이유를 잘 모르겠습니다 ㅜ_ㅜ 부작용이 그렇게 많이 심한가요? 제 생각에는 더 빠지기 전에 지금부터라도 지키기 시작하는 게 좋다는 절박감이 자꾸 듭니다 2.(제가 느끼기로는) 머리가 [갑자기] 심하게 빠지는 데 혹시 다른 건강관련 증상일 수가 있을까요? 반대로 2달 전에 한 염색, 혹은 그냥 스트레스일 가능성도 있을까요? 일반적인 남성형탈모(MPHL) 양상과는 좀 다른거 같습니다.
저에게도 비슷한 경험이 있는게, 급격한 다이어트로 인해 그렇게 머리가 빠져버린 적이 있습니다. 회복은 아주 조금 되더라고요.
건강 이상 때문일 가능성이 높아 보입니다. 이정도 속도로 탈모가 진행되는가면 미녹시딜은 아마 효과가 없을거고(미녹시딜은 외용제다보니 반응도가 매우 낮습니다.) 건강 회복이 가장 중요해 보입니다.
