안녕하세요~ 아이가 태어나니 주거안정을 위해 분양에 눈이가네요ㅎㅎ 서울 집값은 어마무시하고 돈은 부족한데 모르는것도 많아 질문 드립니다^^; 그나마 생활권에서 금액적으로 가능한 지역이 항동 이더라고요(현재 오류동 거주). 아직 개발되지 않은 시골동네인데 작년부터 올해까지 분양이 많이 있어 관심이 갑니다. 무엇보다도 지금 남은 분양이 3단지(진행 중), 2단지(진행 예정) 인데 건설사가 SH공사 더라고요. ‘서울시에서 관할하는 건설사’라고만 알고있었는데 분양을 넣으려니 고민이 되더라구요. 청약하게되면 10년 이상은 거주하게 될텐데... SH공사아파트가 저렴한 이유가 무엇인지 궁금합니다. LH처럼 임대주택 세대가 있는건지 무슨 제도가 다른건지 SH공사는 배워도 모르겠네요;;; 관련하여 아시는분이 계시다면 조언 부탁드립니다! 감사합니다!
