탈모를 방지하는 프로페시아 카피약과 발모를 유도하는 미녹시딜 카피약 두가지를 합친 두로칸이라는 약을 추천 받아 세달째 복용중입니다. 그런데 미녹시딜을 바르는 형태로 사용할 때는 탈모가 집중적으로 일어나는 정수리나 앞머리쪽에 선택적으로 바를 수 있는데 알약 형태로 복용할 때는 그럴 수가 없잖아요? 그래서 이번에 진료 받을 때 질문 했습니다. 알약으로 어떻게 국지적인 효과를 기대할 수 있는지. 그랬더니 처음엔 동문서답 하시는 듯 하다가 아 그건 잘 모르겠다고 하시면서 알아보고 추후에 알려주시겠다 하길래 집에 왔는데 몇시간 있다가 문자가 왔습니다. 일단 두로칸이 미녹시딜 성분이 포함되어 있다는 전제가 틀린 것 같습니다. 그냥 두타스테리드 계열 탈모약인듯 하네요. 그냥 잘 맞는 카피약 드시면서 미녹시딜을 발라주시면 될 것 같습니다. 참고로 두타스테리드 계열이 엠탈에 효과적이라는 얘기는 있습니다...
