혼자서 잘 감당해보려고했는데 이대로는 진짜 너무 심하게 피폐해질거같아서 의료의 도움을 받고자합니다. 무기력증, 불안, 긴장상태, 우울감, 식욕감퇴가 있으며 자기비하,불신,기억에 대한 분노, 수면장애가 심합니다. 특히 집중이 거의 불가능하고, 지속적으로 자살충동을 느끼고있습니다. 집이 11층인데 계속 그냥 뛰어내리면 된다는 생각이 들어서 무서워서 문쪽에 붙어서 걷습니다. 무엇보다 자기효능감? 자존감이 아예 송두리째 사라진거같습니다. 너무 중요한시기에 시간을 들여 이 상황을 조절해보려고했는데 제 스스로의 심리상태에 대해 통제가 안됩니다. 계속해서 누군가와 이야기를 지속하지않으면 불안과 긴장, 초조함과 더불어 자기자신에 대한 비하적인 생각이나 상대가 했던 말들을 더욱 가학적으로 재가공하여 스스로를 찌르고 있습니다. 문제는 이걸 병원에가서 얘기하는것조차 비웃음의 대상이 될 거란 생각이들고.. 사실은 계속 비난이나 조소의 대상이 되어있는게 아니었나, 지난 연인의 모든것들이 다 거짓처럼 여겨지는 등 앞뒤가 안맞고 말이안되는 생각이 자꾸 꼬리를 뭅니다. 생각해보니 이별이전에도 약 반년간 새로운집단에서 적응못하고 여러사람과 갈등상태에서 고립된 채 지속적으로 불안과 초조함을 억누른것같고, 그 과정에서 더욱 심리적으로 몰린 상태가 지속되다가 이번일을 계기로 터진거같습니다.. 저희 동네에 정신과 1차의원이있는데 이쪽을 방문하는게 좋을지, 방문전 비용이나 주의사항은 있는지, 기록에 남아서 향후 큰 문제가될 소지가 있는지, 이런 내용으로 방문해도 적절한 도움을 받을 수 있는지 궁금합니다. 이대로라면 진짜 사고날거같아서 당장 내일이라도 가야할거같습니다. 지금 이 글을 올리면서도 읽어주시는 분들에 대한 부정적 공포를 느끼고있습니다. 부디 관련해서 조언을 부탁드립니다... ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 정신과/병원쪽은 제가 몰라서 질문에 관한 답이 아니라 넘나 죄송하지만 불안해하시지 말라고 ㅠㅠㅠ 댓 하나 달아드려요... 용기내어 이야기 나눠주셔 고마워요 8ㅅ8 근데 전혀 비웃음살 일도 아니고 소중한 관계가 끝났을때의 충격과 현재 글쓴님이 겪는 감정들은 당연한 것이에요.. 아 뭐라 위로해드려야할지도 모르겠는데... ㅠㅠㅠㅠ;; 괜찮아요. 다 괜찮아요. 불안한 것도, 두려운 것도... 원래 막다른 곳에 몰리면 그런 생각과 감정이 드는 것 같아요. 저도 그렇고요.
