직장을 옮기는데 마침 전세기간도 만료가 되어가서 주거지를 옮기고자 합니다. 지역은 서울강북일대인데 특정하지는 않겠습니다. 홍차넷 회원들의 식견에 도움을 받을 수 있으면 합니다. 더 나은 쪽 번호라도 적어주시면 감사하겠습니다. 우선 제 상황은 1. 독거인입니다. 향후 1년 이상, 아마도 평생 독거인일 거 같습니다. 2. 도보 10분내에 도서관, 대형마트, 깨끗한 수영장, 자전거를 탈 수 있는 공원 등이 있는 것을 선호합니다. 3. 창문 바로 앞에 건물 등이 막고 있는 걸 싫어하고 남동향 선호합니다. 4. 출퇴근 편도로 30분 이내면 좋겠습니다. 5. 돈 모아야 합니다.ㅠㅠ 제가 고려하는 곳은 두 곳입니다. 둘 다 같은 브랜드 오피스텔입니다. 1번 장점 1. 직장에 도보 15분 거리(버스 2정류장) 2. 남동향 방이 대로변 아닌쪽이고 근처는 낮은 건물이라 창문밖에 가로막는 건물이 없습니다. 3. 도보 10분은 아니고 15분 내에 대형마트빼고 수영장 도서관 걸어서 산책하기 좋은 곳이 있습니다(자전거는 무리) 4. 제가 무척 좋아하는 공간이 도보 5분 거리에 있습니다. 단점 1. 번화가라 좁은 평수 대비해 방세가 비쌉니다. 전세물량은 없고 월세가 있는데 월세와 관리비만 합쳐도 제 월수입의 20% 정도 됩니다. 광열비와 수도세까지하면 ... 2. 제가 독거인 주제에 퀸사이즈 침대가 있는데, 방이 좁으니 침대가 들어가면 방에 남는 공간이 없을 듯 합니다. 불면증 때문에 침구에 투자한거라 침대를 헐값에 팔기도 싫은 상황입니다. 2번 지역 장점이자 단점 1. 올해 초에 입주 시작한 새건물이라 시설도 구조도 아주 좋습니다. 마감과 벽지도 세련되었구요. 그러나 제가 약한 아토피 피부염과 심한 비염이 있어 새집증후군이 무섭긴 합니다. 장점 1. 1번 방과 비교했을 때 상대적으로 넓으면서 전세물량이 어느정도 있어 1번과 같은 면적일 때에 비해 이자+관리비가 절반 좀 넘는 수준입니다. 1번 보다 적게 지불해도 퀸침대 넣고 공간이 좁지는 않을 정도입니다. 2. 상대적으로 조용하며 도보 10분 내에 대형마트가 2곳 있습니다. 3. 평지여서 자전거타고 돌아다닐만 합니다. 단점 1. 남향 남동향 등은 오피스 빌딩이 상당히 가까운 거리에서 앞을 막고 있습니다. 북향이나 북동향은 허허벌판이긴 한데 곧 대규모 공사가 진행될 가능성이 큽니다. 2. 편도 30분 내의 출퇴근이 버스로만 가능합니다(지하철은 환승하고 도보 시간이 더 걸림) 3. 영혼의 쉼터 도서관, 수영장이 도보 거리내에 없습니다 ㅠㅠ 대신 오피스텔에 운동시설과 사우나가 있다고는 합니다만 제가 과연 갈지... 요약 1번 힐링하겠답시고 좁은 방에 돈 펑펑 2번 텅장은 웃지만 콧물 줄줄 심심 어디로 갈깝쇼? 환님덜 도와주세요~ Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 |
