비중격만곡증 수술후에 불안감이 생겨서 도저히 일상에 집중이 되질 않아 여기에라도 질문을 남겨봅니다. 원래 코막힘증상이 너무 심했습니다. 그래서 코풀이용 휴지를 달고 살았습니다.. 그래서 한달 전쯤, 병원에서 비중격만곡증+하비갑개 절제술+비밸브 교정술+그리고 수술하는김에 코성형수술을 같이 받았었습니다 첫 수술때는 고어텍스5mm+코끝 비중격연골까지 해서 코성형까지 받았는데, 2주만에 부작용이 발생하여(너무 높은 보형물이 들어가서, 지지해주는 뼈가 견디지 못해 휘어졌다고 합니다.) 보형물 제거수술과 함께, 보형물 때문에 휘어진 뼈를 바로잡고, 안쪽 공간을 좀 더 넓히는 재수술까지 다시 받았습니다. 즉, 첫수술로부터는 4주, 재수술로는 2주 되었고, 병원에서 경과치료를 받으러 어제 내원했는데요, 간호사가 코 안에 고인 핏물과 피딱지를 제거해주는 치료를 해주던 도중, 잘 안떼지던 딱지를 떼겠다고 코 오른쪽을 크게 들쑤셨습니다. 결국 딱지는 떼지 못했는데요, 지금 너무 불안한게, 그 들쑤시는 과정에서 오른쪽 콧구멍에서 콧기둥쪽 벽점막 깊숙한곳을 크게 압박했었습니다. 수술한지 얼마 되지 않아서 코 기둥 연골이 제대로 안 붙었을 것 같은데, 이 압박행위 때문에 비중격이 다시 휘어지진 않았을지 걱정됩니다. 들쑤신 곳이 꽤나 콧구멍 깊숙한 곳이기도 했고요, 딱지 떼겠다고 무리하게 힘을 줄 때 딱딱한 뼈 같은느낌이 느껴지면서 약간의 통증도 느껴졌던 터라 굉장히 불안하네요. 간호사가 들쑤셔서 비중격연골이 다시 휘어졌을까요? 아니면 시간이 어느정도 지난 후라 저정도로는 휘어지지 않으니 안심해도 괜찮을까요? 지금 너무 걱정되고 불안하네요. 코성형을 했다가 실패해서 보형물 제거하는 재수술까지 받은 터라, 원래 병원에 문의해도 책임회피한답시고 뭔가 제대로 답해주지 않을 것 같은 불안감과, 수술해준 의사에 대한 신뢰감이 전혀 들지않아서..지푸라기라도 잡는 심정으로 이곳에다 질문글을 올립니다. 그리고 내부가 휘어졌는지 알아보려면 결국 다시 CT를 찍어봐야 할 것같은데요, 지금 코 세척도 못하고 있는 터라(병원에서 재수술이고, 지혈이 다른사람들보다 늦는 편이니 다음 주부터 하라고했습니다.) CT를 지금 찍는다해도 피딱지들 때문에 코 내부 구조가 제대로 안보일 것 같기도 하고.. 그럼에도 CT를 찍어보는게 나을까요.. 이미 수술을 한 번 실패한 적이 있어서 너무 불안하네요. 그냥 불편하게 살더라도 코 아예 손대지 말걸 하는 생각도 들고.. 비염하나 고쳐보겠다고 했다가 더 큰 걱정거리를 안게 된것같아 너무 속상합니다. 일단 수술 차트를 보지 않고는 정확히 어떤 술기가 행해졌는지 파악이 어려워서 댓글을 달기가 조심스럽네요.
제 경험적 소견으로는 코드레싱 중에 행해진 압박 정도로는 연골이 추가적으로 휘거나 하지는 않았을 것 같네요. 당장 CT를 다시 찍어 볼 필요가 있냐고 물으신다면 굳이 그럴 필요까지는 없다고 생각됩니다. 말씀하신대로 붓기가 다빠지지않아 정확히 평가 되지도 않을거구요. 일반적으로는 수술 후에 꼭 다시 찍을 필요는 없고, 2-6개월 뒤에도 코막힘이 지속되신다면 CT를 찍어보는 것을 고려해볼 수는 있을 것 같습니다.
