이번 2월부터 청주에 내려가 살아야 하는데요~ 오피스텔/도생 월세를 계약하려고 합니다. 그런데 제가 아는게 없어서요 ㅠㅠ 도와주세요 위치상으로 청주 터미널 근처가 좋은데 그 근처에 지은지 얼마 안된 오피스텔/도생이 많더라구요. 신축인 건물들은 층별로 윗층은 도생이고 아래는 오피스텔이던데 저는 전입신고를 하고싶은데 도생에 살면 전입신고 해도 되는 것이죠...?? 제가 내려갈 시간이 없어서 내려가서 바로 계약하고 바로 입주를 해야해서 시간이 없는만큼 다른분께서는 신축에 들어가라고 하셨는데 맞는 말씀 같았어요. 그래서 제가 보기엔 블루지움이 좋아보이는데 혹시 오피스텔에 살아도 향이 중요한가요? 남향이면 월세가 3-5만원 더 비싸던데 그럴만한 가치가 있는 것인지 제가 잘 몰라서요... 그리고 오피스텔도 대단지이면 좋은건가요? 그리고 혹시 제가 방을 잠깐 둘러보는 사이에 확인해야 할 요소가 있을까요?
