요즘 삶이 너무 힘들다고 느껴지고 있습니다. 과거에 큰 상처가 있는 것은 아니지만, 문득문득 실패했던 경험들이나 가슴아프게 상처가 되었던 말들이 생각납니다. 그럴 때마다 그러려니 넘어가는 것이 아니라 그때 당시의 감정들이 선명하게 떠올라 가슴이 아픕니다. 직장생활은 하곤 있지만 돈을 많이 받지도 않고, 그렇다고 전망이 뛰어난 직종도 아니라서 불안한 마음도 항상 있습니다. 현재야 미혼에 돈 들어갈 곳도 없지만 앞으로 가정을 꾸릴 생각하면 이 돈가지고 뭐가 되나 싶기도 하고 그러네요. 이런 불안한 마음을 조금이라도 잊어보려고 바쁘게 살고 있습니다. 운동도 열심히 하고 취미활동의 밀도도 높여가고 있구요. 주말이면 사람들 만나느라 정신 없고, 집에와서 뻗는날도 많네요. 혼자 있을 때도 취미생활을 즐기면서 불안하고 부정적인 마음을 외면하려고 노력합니다. 그런데 잠자리에 들때 항상 마음이 안좋습니다. 내면에 원초적인 무언가의 상처가 있는게 느껴지는데 해결되지 않을꺼라 생각합니다. 그런걸 잊어보려고 기쁘고 웃으려고 노력하는 것도 버겁게 느껴지구요. 그런 생각에 잠이 한 두시간 늦어지기 시작하면 다음날 회사에서 종일 쳐진 기분이 되고. 삶에 의미를 찾으려고 하는건 아니지만 어떻게든 잠깐이라도 행복하려고 발버둥 치는 제 모습이 참 안쓰럽고 딱합니다. 어젯밤 너무 많은 생각에 잠을 못이뤄 이렇게 넋두리 남겨봅니다. 내면의 근본적인 상처를 덮으려 하기보다 ‘ㅇㅇ 나는 이러이러한 경험들 때문에 상처가 있고, 약점도 많아.’ 하고 인정하고 [그래도 괜찮아.] 하며 용납하는 게 제겐 많이 도움이 되었던 것 같아요. 아무리 못나고 징징대는 제 자신을 다그쳐봤자 나아지지도 않고 또 좋든 싫든, 지겹고 답답해 죽을 것 같아도 저는 제 자신을 평생 감당하며 살아야 하잖아요? 이건 뭐 헤어지면 끝도 아니고 평생 피할 수도 없이 데리고 살아야하는데 변하지도 않을 못난 징징이면 ‘못났어도 다른 장점도 많다’ (너 안 못나 세상존잘임!! 이건 아님) 하고 얘기해주고 징징대는 이유를 들어주고 달래줘야 하는 것 같아요.
그리고 현재 하시는 것들을 그대로 즐길 수 있으면 좋을 것 같아요. 다른 걸 잊으려고 일부러 하는 것들은 취미생활보다는 ‘일’이 되어버릴 것 같아서요 8ㅅ8
요즘 불안하면 어때요. 사는 게 매~~일 계에에속 성공만 하면서 행복할 수 없는 건데 불안할 수도 있지. 하지만 불안한 와중에도 다른 사람들과 어울리며 별 사소한 거에 빵터질 수도 있고, 취미생활을 하며 그 순간에 몰두하고 만족할 수도 있고요.
