 안녕하세요. 컴퓨터가 느려질 땐 그와 정서적 대화를 시도하곤 하는 컴알못입니다. 워드, 가벼운 액셀, 홍차넷, 교양 및 지식정보 동영상 감상 정도로 사용하는 세컨 노트북인데요, 느려도 너무 느리네요. 어플이든, 그림판이든, 기본적으로 10초 혹은 그 이상의 딜레이가 발생합니다. 파일 크기를 막론하고 워드 작업 중에도 다운이 빈번하고요. 제 기억으로 2GB RAM이었던 예전 노트북도 이 정도로 느리진 않았고, 고사양 게임을 하지 않는 이상 8GB 이상의 램은 필요없다고 알고 있지만 4GB 정도의 램을 추가로 끼우면 이 증상은 좀 사라질까요?
