안녕하세요. 소유한 현대차 차량이 최근 수리할 일이 생겨 공식 서비스센터인 블루핸즈 지점에 다녀왔습니다. 하지만 수리 이후 문제가 생겼는데요, 순서대로 설명하면 이렇습니다. 1. (1차 방문) 우측 뒷좌석 도어를 교체하는 수리를 진행함. 해당 객실 바닥에 후크로 고정되어 있던 매트가 사라짐. 2. (보름 후 2차 방문) 전조등 고장으로 할로겐 전구를 교환하는 작업을 맡겼으나 작업자가 방향지시등 케이블을 미체결하여 오작동함. 수리받고 귀가하는 길에서 문제를 인지함. 3. 지점에 연락을 취하니 마감시간이므로 다음날 재방문하여 조치를 받기로 함. 또다른 문제가 있는지 살펴본 결과 1번의 문제를 인지함. 혼자 탑승하는 차라 뒷좌석을 사용할 일이 거의 없어 이때야 인지하게 됨. 4. 다음날 재방문하여 방향지시등 후속조치를 취함. 고객불편에 대한 코멘트나 보상 일절 없음. 5. 매트 사라짐에 대해서도 얘기했으나 작업상 그걸 손댈 리가 없고 이미 보름 가량 지났는데 어쩌라는 것이며, 그새 작업자가 퇴사했으니 확인해줄 수도 없다는 태도로 일관함. 6. 매트 사라짐을 도난으로 여겨 질책한 것도 아닌데(최소한 작업장 확인이라도 했으면 함), 마치 그렇게 따졌다는 듯이 얼마나 하는 거라고 가져갔겠느냐라는 응대를 받음. 7. 결과적으로 수리과실과 분실부품에 대해 어떠한 보상도 받지 못함. 하도 황당해서 현대차 본사 고객센터를 통해 컴플레인을 접수함으로써 수리를 맡겼던 해당 지점의 좀 더 높으신 부서담당자와 전화통화를 할 수 있었으나, 어떻게 해줄 수 없다는 답변만 되돌려 받았습니다. 그냥 제가 감수할 수밖에 없다는 결론이 너무나 답답한 상황인데 이게 맞는건지 혼란스럽네요. 회원님들의 의견이나 조언을 구합니다.
