일자리 구하다가 우연찮게 이르바이트로 일하게 된 제약회사에 직원으로 채용되었습니다. 세전 월 174에 1년 이후부터는 600프로 보너스에 일하는 분위기도 좋고 정시 출근 정시퇴근 잔업이나 특근은 가끔있는 정도라 현재는 매우 만족 하면서 다니고 있는데 단순 배송직이라 미래가 안보이는것도 사실입니다. 아르바이트8개월에 직원은 이제 두달 됐는데요 그러던중 지인으로부터 한 중소기업 pcb회사에서 외주관리 직 채용이 들어 왔습니다. 여긴 연 3천 채워주고 퇴근은 일정하진 않은데 해본일은 아니지만 하다보면 이직도 나쁘지 않게 됙다고들 하더군요 거리가 조금 되긴하지만... 나중을 생각하면 기회왔을때 옮기는게 맞는거 같은데 머릿속이 복잡해지네요 여기도 일할사람이 없어 난린데... 여러분들이면 어떻게 하시겠나요..? 출퇴근 거리는 꽤 중요하게 생각해보셔야 합니다.
