제가 묻고 싶은 질문이 한 마디로 딱 표현이 안되서 좀 주저리 주저리 써보겠습니다. 저는 매일 아침마다 업무를 시작하기에 앞서 "업무 정리" 시간을 30분에서 1시간 정도 갖습니다. 이 "업무 관리" 시간에 정리하는 내용들은 아래와 같습니다. - "어제 한 일"과 "오늘 할 일" 리스트 작성 - 현재 진행중인 n개의 태스크들을 살펴보며 일정상 내가 놓치고 있는 부분이나 추가로 할 일 목록 체크 - 메일과 메신저 기록을 살피며 추가 할 일 목록 체크 - 10분 내로 끝날 일들은 바로 실행, 좀 더 긴 텀으로 진행될 내용은 별도로 이슈를 만들고 언제 진행할지 대략적으로 일정 산정 사실 이전의 회사들에서는 이런 일들을 거의 안했었습니다. 하지만 지금 회사는 이전과 비교해서 1. 롱텀으로 진행되는 일들이 많고, 2. 다수의 이해관계자와 협업해야 하는 일들이 많고, 3. 맡고 있는 역할도 여러개입니다. 그래서 결과적으로 멀티태스킹이 절실하게 필요한 상황입니다. 매일 아침마다 꼼꼼하게 챙겨본다고 하지만 항상 어디선가 구멍은 생기고 누락은 발생하더라구요. 좀더 전문화된 프로젝트 관리 툴이 필요하다는 생각은 드는데 어떤 툴이 도움이 될지 잘 모르겠네요. 혹시 다른 분들은 업무 정리를 어떻게 챙기시는지, 멀티태스킹 측면에서 유효한 팁들이 있으실지 궁금합니다.
