5개월전부터 불면증으로 병원에서 약을 받아 먹고 있습니다. 잠을 못드는건 아닌데 새벽 2-3시부터 계속 1시간 정도 간격으로 깨서요. 기존에는 로라제팜 1mg, 트라조돈 25mg 을 먹고 있었는데. 이번에 명세핀정(독세핀염산염) 3mg 반알을 추가로 받았습니다. 요즘 일이 많아 지면서 새벽에 까는 횟수가 다시 늘어나고 업무 관련 꿈도 꾸기 시작해서요. 그런데, 아침에 일어나면 평소보다 굉장히 피곤함을 느끼고 오전까지 몸과 머리가 피곤한 상태로 가게 됩니다. 그러다가 오후 1-2시쯤 지나면 좀 나아지는데요. 이게 추가된 약의 부작용인지, 그냥 제가 피곤해서 그런것인지 궁금합니다. 약 문제라면, 이 상태로는 오전에 집중이 안되서 다시 병원에 가봐야 할 것 같습니다.
