신원특정되면 문제가 될 수 있어 익명으로 글을 쓰는 점 양해 부탁드립니다. 현재 30대 중후반, 지방직 공무원입니다. 솔직히 일이 좀 더러운 점과 박봉인 점은 참겠는데, 요즘 일하는 곳의 분위기가 굉장히 좋지 않아져서 인생이 갉아먹힌다는느낌을 많이 받읍니다. 이건 제 확증편향일 수는 있겠지만, 문제는 지방직의 특성상 이게 정권이 바뀌거나 시장이 완전히 바뀐다고 크게 달라질 거 같지는 않다는 것입니다. 여기가 유독 좀 주변 동네에 비해 이런 게 심합니다. 그래서 이직을 알아보려고 하는데, 지방직 공무원의 문제가 이거죠. 나이는 40향해 달려가고, 공직은 사회 나가면 변변한 커리어 취급 못 받고, 그렇다고 특기나 자격증 이런게 확실하지 않으니(게다가 저는 일상 생활에 지장이 있었을 정도로 심각한 똥손이라 기술 배우는 쪽은 어릴 때부터 포기했읍니다) 무턱대고 직장을 그만둘 수가 없읍니다. 이직을 하더라도, 집안 사정이 있어 그냥은 못 그만두고 소위 '환승'을 해야 합니다. 그래서 몇몇 준전문직을 보는데 소위 말하는 8대 자격은 확률 이전에 직장 다니면서 그냥 공부하기에는(휴직이면 몰라도 그만두지 않는다면) 불가능한 난이도까지 가는 거 같고, 그 외에 몇몇 길을 알아보고 있는데 정말 쉬운 게 없네요(며칠 전에는 USCPA 학원쪽도 상담을 받아봤는데 아직은 알아만 보는 단계입니다). 사실 의지만 있다면 길은 있어 보이는데, 혹시 저와 비슷한 상황에 있었던 분들이시라면, 아니면 어떤 떠오르는 추천할 만한 게 있다면 어떠한 방향을 찾을 수 있는지 좀 도움을 청합니다. 공부머리는 그래도 중간은 가는 거 같고, 건강에는 이상이 없으며, 대신 일을 휴직은 몰라도 몇 달 이상 그만두는 것은 거의 불가능합니다(이게 좀 패널티가 큽니다). 그냥 참고 다녀라 이런 조언도 이유가 타당하다면 받겠읍니다.
