안녕하세요. 부동산 관련 넘나 아는 게 없어서 질문드립니다. 현재 회사 근처 원룸 전세로 살고 있고 이 계약은 '22. 4. 29. ~ '24. 4. 28.까지입니다. 곧 끝나요. 그리고 듣기로 계약 연장 등에 대해 2개월 이전에 임대인에게 통보해줘야 한다 알고 있고... 계약 연장을 고민하다가 일단 연장하기로 했습니다. 임대인 쪽에서 먼저 계약 연장하면 관리비 5만 원 깎아준다 해서 오히려 더 불안하지만ㅠㅠ 아니 깎아줘도 불안해... 어쨌든 회사 근처에 살 곳은 있어야 하고, 인사 이동으로 다른 데서 근무한다 해도 한동안 여기서 출퇴근 하다가 복비 주고 계약 누군가에게 넘겨주면 되는 거 아닌가 싶었습니다. 전세금 떼일까 불안하긴 한데 그나마 이 건물주가 이 근방에선 제일 믿음직한 것 같아서 흠 아무튼 일단 하기로 했습니다. 그랬더니 계약서를 빨리 쓰자네요. 또 불안하게시리ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 근데 지금 계약서를 쓴다는 건 아예 새로운 계약서를 쓰는 게 될 텐데, 그렇다면 새로 계약서 쓰는 날부터 2년을 새로 계약하는 걸까요. 아니면 '24. 4. 29.부터 2년 계약을 새로 한다는 의미가 될까요. 또 계약서를 새로 쓰고, 계약 조건이 일부 바뀔 텐데(관리비 인하) 제가 보증금을 전세 대출을 통해 해결한 상황이고 이게 어떤 문제가 되지는 않을까요.
